Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

Colossians 3:12-14 reminds us, Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.

However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God. As Jesus says: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. and For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. Therefore, we encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, acknowledging His role as the mediator between God and humanity.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
