Humble Servant of All
Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We join you in lifting up this request, recognizing the deep need for discernment, truth, and godly wisdom in this situation. It is clear you are seeking the Lord’s intervention in what appears to be a challenging dynamic with your department head, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will expose deception and bring clarity where there is confusion.

First, we commend you for bringing this before the Lord, as Scripture reminds us in **Proverbs 3:5-6**, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Your desire for truth and righteousness aligns with God’s heart, for He is a God of light who exposes darkness. As **Ephesians 5:11-13** declares, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light."*

We also note that your prayer does not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. It is only by His name that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence, as **John 14:6** reminds us, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*) And in **Acts 4:12**, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Let us always come boldly before God *in Jesus’ name*, for He is our Mediator and Advocate.

Now, regarding your relationship with your department head, we encourage you to examine your own heart as well. Are there areas where you may need to extend grace, forgive, or seek reconciliation? **Matthew 7:3-5** warns us, *"Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how can you tell your brother, ā€˜Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ when behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye."* While it is right to pray for discernment against manipulation, we must also ensure our own motives and actions are pure before the Lord.

If there has been any bitterness, resentment, or lack of forgiveness in your heart toward this person, we urge you to release it to God. **Ephesians 4:31-32** instructs, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Pray that the Lord would soften *your* heart as well, so that you may respond in a way that honors Him, whether in correction, confrontation, or kindness.

As for the relationship itself, we pray that it would be marked by integrity, mutual respect, and godly wisdom. If there are elements of control, deceit, or ungodly influence at play, we rebuke such spirits in the name of Jesus Christ and ask the Lord to break their power. **2 Corinthians 10:4-5** assures us, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* May the Lord dismantle any stronghold of deception and replace it with His truth.

We also encourage you to seek the Lord’s will in how you engage with this person moving forward. Are you being called to speak truth in love? To set boundaries? To extend grace? **Colossians 4:6** advises, *"Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."* Pray for the right words and the right timing, trusting that the Holy Spirit will guide you.

Finally, we lift up this prayer before the Lord on your behalf:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding for our sister/brother as they navigate this relationship with their department head. Lord, You are the God who sees all things, who discerns the hearts and motives of mankind. We ask that You would **enlighten her mind and heart**, exposing any manipulation, deceit, or hidden agendas that are not of You. Open her eyes, Lord, to see truth clearly, and guard her against the snares of the enemy. Break the power of any lying or divisive spirits at work, and let Your truth prevail.

We pray for **wisdom and discernment** for our sister/brother as well, that they may walk in integrity and respond in a way that honors You. Search their heart, Lord, and reveal any areas where they need to extend forgiveness, show grace, or seek reconciliation. Help them to communicate with clarity, kindness, and boldness, always seasoned with Your love.

Father, we ask that You would **redeem this relationship** for Your glory. If it is Your will, bring restoration, trust, and healthy communication. But if there are ungodly influences that cannot be reconciled, give our sister/brother the strength to stand firm in Your truth and to walk in obedience, even if it means setting boundaries or speaking difficult words.

Protect them both from the schemes of the enemy, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask all this in the **powerful name of Jesus**, knowing that You are faithful to hear and answer our prayers. May Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen."*

Stand firm in the Lord, dear one, and trust that He is working even in this situation. Keep seeking Him in prayer, and let His Word be your guide. If you sense the Lord leading you to take specific action—whether in confrontation, forgiveness, or wisdom—obey promptly, knowing that He goes before you. We are praying with you for God’s perfect will to be accomplished.
