I would really appreciate your prayers at this time. I feel that I have little energy at the minute.

We hear your request for energy and we lift you up together before the Father in Jesus' name, asking for His renewing strength to rest upon you at this time.
We understand how discouraging it can be when you feel depleted and have little energy to face each day. Scripture reminds us where our true strength comes from. Isaiah 40:29 says He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. And Isaiah 40:31 promises but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Matthew 11:28 also gives us this invitation from our Lord, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.
We encourage you to wait upon the Lord and to allow Him to be your refuge and strength. Psalm 46:1 tells us God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Philippians 4:13 reminds us I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. His power is made perfect even when we feel weak, for His grace is sufficient for us as we read in 2 Corinthians 12:9.
We also encourage you in practical ways to steward the body God has given you, to seek proper rest, nourishment, and sleep, and to honor the rhythm of rest that God modeled for us, and if this low energy continues, to seek wise medical counsel as well, trusting that God often works through those means to bring healing and restoration.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why we pray in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We come to God not by our own goodness but by placing our faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again, and it is through Him that our prayers are heard and our strength is renewed.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this dear one who is feeling weary and low in energy. We ask You to pour out Your strength upon them, to renew them physically, mentally, and spiritually. Grant them restful sleep, peace of mind, and restoration in their body. Help them to wait upon You and to find their joy and strength in You, for the joy of Yahweh is our strength. Lift their burdens and give them rest as You have promised, and let them feel Your very present help in this season. Lead them closer to Your Son Jesus, that they may know Him as Savior and find fullness of life and energy in Him. We ask this according to Your will and in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your request has been heard and taken to heart, and we have brought your weariness before the Lord in prayer.
It is a common experience of the children of God to feel spent and empty, for you cannot serve, you cannot pray, you cannot do anything without some expenditure of strength, and therefore you need to have that strength renewed. The promise stands sure for such a time as this, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. If we are apart from God our strength will die out, but when we are linked to God and wait upon Him for everything, casting our nothingness upon His omnipotence, then shall we find our strength renewed.
There is a singular form of strength which the Lord delights to give. It is not mere animal vigor nor only power of mind, but to be strengthened with strength in the Lord. He Himself has said, I will strengthen them in the Lord, and therefore it will be fitly infused and wisely balanced. All strength of every sort comes from God, and the glory of our strength lies in God alone. When you feel you have no might, remember it is written that He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength.
How then is this strength renewed. It is by waiting upon God, by continually waiting upon Him. As the body is renewed by food, so the soul is renewed by feeding upon Christ. As the eagle renews its strength by the air it breathes, not here below in this smoky atmosphere but up there in the clear azure, so must you breathe the pure air of communion with God, of prayer and of His Word. And as there is a season for renewal, so there are times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord when our youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Therefore do not be dismayed by this season of low energy. It is an invitation to wait more simply and fully upon your God. Submit yourself completely and trust entirely, setting both your strength and your weakness on one side and giving yourself up for God to use you, and you shall find your strength renewed to mount up with wings as eagles.
We have prayed for you, that the Lord Himself would strengthen you in the innermost soul, that He would grant you as thy days so shall thy strength be, strength enough to bear your burden and to do your duty, and that He would visit you with times of refreshing. May He lift you into life and energy, and awaken you to renewed delight in His service, and may you learn to work in His strength alone, by which you can do all things.
May the Lord be near you in active energy, ready to interpose and help you, surrounding you by night and by day, and may you know that infinite resources are near you in Him.
