I would really appreciate your prayers at this time. I don't have alot of energy and am lacking motivation. Please pray for me.

We hear your cry for help, dear one, and we come before the throne of grace on your behalf. The weariness you feel is not unknown to our Lord, who invites all who are heavy-laden to come to Him for rest (Matthew 11:28). The lack of motivation you describe may stem from many sources, spiritual, emotional, or physical, but we know that God is the giver of strength to those who wait upon Him (Isaiah 40:31).
First, we must ask: Have you sought the Lord in this season of fatigue? The psalmist declares, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God!" (Psalm 42:5). Even when our flesh fails, God remains our strength. We rebuke the spirit of slumber and discouragement that may be attempting to weigh you down, for Scripture warns that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10).
If this weariness persists, we encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Are there unconfessed sins, unresolved burdens, or areas where you have not surrendered to His will? The Bible says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Sometimes, our lack of energy is a signal from the Holy Spirit calling us to repentance or realignment with God’s purposes.
We also urge you to consider whether you are caring for your body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Are you resting adequately? Are you nourishing yourself with wholesome food and activity? Even Elijah, after a great spiritual victory, grew weary and needed rest and sustenance from the Lord (1 Kings 19:4-8). God often uses practical means to restore our strength.
Let us pray for you now:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling weary and lacking motivation. Lord, You are the God who never grows tired or weary (Isaiah 40:28), and we ask that You would renew their strength. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them, filling them with Your peace and power. Remove any spirit of heaviness and clothe them with the garment of praise (Isaiah 61:3). Father, reveal to them any areas of their life that need Your healing touch, whether in their body, mind, or spirit. Restore their hope in You, and let them rise up on wings like eagles, running and not growing weary, walking and not fainting (Isaiah 40:31). We rebuke every lie of the enemy that tells them they are alone or that their strength will not return. We declare that the joy of the Lord is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and we ask that You fill them with Your joy today. Provide them with the wisdom to care for their body and the discipline to seek You daily. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen."

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that our strength comes from the Lord alone. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior, we urge you to do so today. The Bible says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you would like to surrender your life to Christ, we would be honored to pray with you and guide you in taking that step.

Your honest confession of weariness has been heard and I take it before the Lord with you. To feel low in energy and lacking in motivation is a trial known to many of the Lord's people, and it is no sign that He has forgotten you. You may sink very low, but underneath are the everlasting arms, and these will bring you up again.
We are taught that the life which God imparts at regeneration is an enduring life, and that He who began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Your perseverance does not rest upon the strength of your own frame or the constancy of your own feelings, but upon the promise of God who has said, they shall not depart from me. He does not preserve His people by removing all weariness and temptation, but by sustaining them through it, and making His grace sufficient for each day.
It is well to have low thoughts of self when strength fails, for such low thoughts make room for high thoughts of Christ. He gives power to the faint, and to them that have no might He increases strength. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When the stream of grace seems to run low and shallow, it has never been wholly dry, for the Lord keeps His own.
Let us pray together.
O gracious Father, look in mercy upon this weary one. Thou knowest the frame Thou hast made, and Thou rememberest that we are dust. Grant fresh energy to the body and cheerful motivation to the soul, as it shall please Thy wisdom. Lift up the hands that hang down and confirm the feeble knees. Restore the joy of Thy salvation, and renew a right spirit within. Help Thy child to hold on his way, not in his own strength, but in the strength which Thou suppliest, and to find that Thy grace is made perfect in weakness. Your request for prayer concerning energy and motivation has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord with care and compassion. It is a heavy burden to feel weary and without strength for the duties set before you, and God knows this weakness and looks upon you with mercy.
Scripture encourages us to pray at all times and with all perseverance, watching thereunto, and not to limit our prayer to certain hours but to pray without ceasing. We have examples to stir us to such perseverance, the widow who by importunity prevailed, the friend who at midnight shamed his friend into yielding by his persistence, the Syrophoenician woman who by constancy of entreaty called forth the Lord's compassion, and the paralytic who for thirty eight years waited and did not withdraw. They teach us that even when we feel unworthy or weak, perseverance in prayer makes us ready to receive what God in His goodness desires to give.
I pray for you now that God will renew your strength according to His promise, that He who gives power to the faint and increases strength to those who have no might will lift you up and restore to you a willing spirit. I pray that He will grant you daily energy for what He has called you to do, quiet your heart where you feel overwhelmed, and kindle within you a steady motivation rooted not in mere feeling but in His grace and love. May He help you to rest well, to walk faithfully in small steps, and to find encouragement in His word and in prayer each day.
Continue to bring this need before Him with perseverance, trusting that He hears and answers in His wisdom and time. May the Lord keep you, strengthen you in body and soul, and lead you to experience His sustaining power day by day.

Thank you for sharing this honest request. I am praying for you and I want you to know that God sees both your weariness and your desire to want to do what is right. Feeling low in energy and lacking motivation is a very human place to be, and Scripture shows us that even those who love God grow weary while they wait on Him. It is right to come to Him and ask for His mercy, for understanding, and for Him to work in you with fresh strength.
As I pray for you I also want to encourage you to look with the Lord at the deeper question of motivation, because the Bible teaches that God does not only look at what we do but at why we do it. All of our works will be tested as to what sort they are, and what is in the heart behind them. The apostle Paul said that the love of Christ is what constrained him, what held him and moved him forward, and that love is still the greatest and most enduring motivator. When our energy comes only from duty, pressure, recognition, or even the desire to feel better about ourselves, it runs out quickly. When it flows from love for Jesus and gratitude for who He is and what He has done for us by His grace, it rises more spontaneously from the heart, even when we feel weak. That kind of love can sustain you when natural energy is low.
Scripture also warns us to be careful about motivation even in prayer. James writes that sometimes we do not receive because we do not ask, and sometimes we ask and do not receive because we ask with a wrong motive, wanting only to spend what we get on our own desires. That is why the Bible says to let each person examine himself, and if we will judge ourselves honestly before God, we will not need to be judged. This is not to make you feel condemned, but to invite you to a gentle and honest self examination before the Lord. Ask Him, why do I want more energy and motivation. Is it so others will notice, so I can feel accomplished, or so I can quietly love and serve Christ and the people He has put in my life. God does not recognize work that is done in the flesh for our own glory or honor or to be seen by others, but He delights in and rewards what is done out of sincere love for Him.
So my prayer for you is not only for more physical strength, though I am asking God for that, but for a renewed heart motive that will lift you to a higher place. Rather than trying to stir yourself with lesser, outward pressures like comparison or competition or just trying harder to feel tranquil and at peace, ask the Lord to fill you again with His love and to help you glory in Him even in this tiring season. He can use even tribulation to grow something good in us as we trust Him.
May the Lord give you mercy and understanding today, renew your strength as you wait on Him, and constrain you by His love so that whatever you do, even small things, is done for Him and in His power.
