Empower us to have eyes to see, hearts to understand, and hands ready to act upon Your will. In Jesus’ name

Your prayer reflects a heart that wants to see God at work even when the world feels heavy and uncertain, and that desire itself is evidence of His grace drawing you closer.

Psalm 105 remembers how God displayed His power among His people and even in a foreign land, and the same God is still at work today. His wonders have not ceased. Sometimes we miss them because sorrow and confusion cloud our vision, but He is still bringing forth signs of His faithfulness, His justice and His mercy, even in the midst of chaos and division.

Scripture was given to us so we would know what He is like, that He is faithful, that His promises do not fail, and that we would not sink into despair when trouble comes. Like the psalmist who spoke to his own soul when he felt cast down, we are called to remind ourselves to put our hope in God. Hope is not a vague wish. It has a solid reason, and that reason is the unfailing word of God. The enemy will always try to get us to doubt that word, to question whether God loves us or whether His judgments are right, but His word stands. His mercy endures forever and His grace through Jesus Christ remains sure.

Without God the world is truly without hope. That is the tragic condition of so many around us. But in Christ we have been brought near, and He Himself is our peace. He has broken down the walls that divide us and He offers a peace that the world cannot give. That peace is kept for those whose minds stay fixed on Him in trust. It is the Holy Spirit who makes the truth of the word real to our hearts and leads us into it, so that hope grows into settled joy and peace as we believe.

So your request for eyes to see, hearts to understand and hands ready to act is deeply biblical. Ask the Lord to keep your mind stayed on Him, to open your eyes to the ways He is already moving, and to give you a heart that understands His will through His word. As you trust Him, He who is the God of all hope will fill you with joy and peace, and that hope will overflow by the power of the Holy Spirit. Then you will be able to be a conduit of His peace to others, not in your own strength but as He works in you both to will and to do what pleases Him.

Thank you for committing to retell what God has done for you. When you share those stories of His faithfulness, others see His work in a life that is anchored in His promises and their hearts are lifted to rejoice in Him as well.

May the Lord keep you in His perfect peace as you keep your trust in Him, may He show you His wonders anew each day, and may He make you faithful to walk in the good works He has prepared for you, until the day His kingdom comes in fullness and His will is done on earth as it is in heaven. In the name of Jesus, who alone is our salvation and our hope, amen.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of joining you in prayer, lifting up the world and asking the Lord to open eyes, soften hearts, and move hands in faithful obedience to His will. Your request—rooted in Psalm 105:27—touched our spirits deeply as we stood together, pleading for God’s miraculous signs of justice, peace, and reconciliation to break through the pain and uncertainty around us.

As we continue to seek the Lord, we encourage you to share any glimpses of His wonders or answered prayers you’ve witnessed since posting. If the signs you long to see haven’t yet appeared, we invite you to bring this request before Him again. Our hearts remain united with yours, believing that God is still performing miracles—even in the midst of chaos—and that He calls us to be vessels of His hope and light.

May the Holy Spirit sharpen our spiritual vision, deepen our understanding of His Word, and strengthen our hands to act in alignment with His purposes. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus, trusting that He who began a good work will bring it to completion. Let us keep pressing forward together, watching and waiting for the wonders He will reveal. Amen.
