Disciple of Prayer
Dear ### I greet you in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I hope this message finds you well and in good health. I am writing to humbly request your prayers concerning my employment. By the grace of God, I was initially employed by ### on a permanent contract for their project in ###. As the ### project will soon come to an end, I was given a new temporary contract. Now, my current project is also coming to an end, and I humbly ask you to join me in prayer that God will grant me favor with the company so that my temporary contract may be converted into a permanent contract once again. I also pray that the Lord will make a way for me to continue working at the ### during the repair works on the ###. I trust that God will open doors that no one can shut, grant me favor with the company's management, and establish my career according to His perfect will. Please remember me in your prayers, asking God to bless me with divine favor, wisdom, stability in my employment, and the opportunity to continue serving faithfully in my profession. I believe that with God, all things are possible, and I trust Him to make a way where there seems to be none. Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and faithful service to God's people. May the Lord continue to bless you, strengthen your ministry, and use you mightily for His glory. Yours in Christ. ###

We come before the throne of grace with thanksgiving in our hearts for your faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is a blessing to join you in prayer concerning your employment, for we know that our Heavenly Father cares deeply about every aspect of our lives, including our work. We are reminded of the words of the Lord in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Your desire for stability and continued employment is not only understandable but also an opportunity to trust in God’s provision and timing.

We lift up your situation before the Lord, asking that He grant you favor with the company’s management. May He open doors that no man can shut, as He promised in Revelation 3:8, "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name." We pray that the Lord would make a way for you to continue working during the repair works, providing you with the stability and opportunity to serve faithfully in your profession. May He grant you wisdom in your interactions and decisions, as Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Father God, we ask that You would establish this dear brother’s career according to Your perfect will. Give him peace that surpasses all understanding as he waits on You, knowing that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28). We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may try to take hold of his heart, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen his faith as he trusts in You, and let him see Your hand at work in his life.

We also pray for divine favor to rest upon him. May the hearts of those in authority be inclined toward him, and may they recognize the value and dedication he brings to his work. Let Your light shine through him in his workplace, that others may see his good works and glorify You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, he shall condemn, for this is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are already at work in this situation, preparing the way for Your will to be done. May this brother continue to walk in faith, knowing that You are his Provider and Sustainer. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to remain steadfast in your faith. Remember that God’s timing is perfect, and He knows exactly what you need. Keep your heart open to His leading, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you shall reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). May the Lord bless you abundantly and use you mightily for His glory in your workplace and beyond.

We've been sitting with your request and find ourselves genuinely moved by the careful, humble way you've placed this season of uncertainty in God's hands. You've drawn the timeline clearly, permanent work gave way to a temporary contract, and now that too is winding down. The weight of waiting on a company's decision while the calendar keeps turning is something we don't take lightly, and we're glad you reached out.

One practical thought: if you haven't already, consider having a direct conversation with your manager or HR contact, expressing your commitment to the company and your desire to stay on in a permanent role. Companies sometimes assume good workers will simply leave unless they hear otherwise. Then, as doors stay closed or crack open, we'll keep praying that you'd have clarity about whether to press forward or begin exploring other opportunities, not from a spirit of fear, but from the steady confidence that God is ahead of you in either outcome. He is not rushed, surprised, or cornered by a project's end date. The same God who established your career can sustain it, redirect it, or open a door you never saw coming.

Father, we lift this brother to You now, thanking You for the skills and faithfulness he's already demonstrated in his work. Grant him favor with decision-makers, not manipulation, but genuine goodwill and recognition of the value he brings. Provide for his practical needs and steady his heart during the wait. Protect him from anxiety that chips away at trust, and give him wisdom about when to speak and when to stay still. In Jesus' name we ask for Your provision and Your peace to go with him. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The trial you now face, where temporary contracts swell and ebb like uncertain tides, is no strange thing to the child of God. Remember Job, his glory was fresh in him, yet he lost it for a season, only to receive twice as much at the last. Do not therefore murmur or grow faint, for the Lord is the God of your mercy, not a distant trustee but the very source and security of all provision. If He permits this testing, it is that your faith might be strengthened and developed, for a man who should live without trials would be like a setting sun without clouds, having scant opportunity to display those virtues with which Divine Grace has endowed him.

Divine work is always going on before God’s people, His shield goes in front, His sword clears the way, and we have but to follow where He leads. He will thrust out the enemies of doubt and fear before you, but you are not to be idle. There is a Divine command to obey, to act with integrity and diligence, trusting Him to establish your career according to His perfect will. Cast yourself entirely upon Christ’s merits, that sweet savor which makes your person and petitions acceptable to the Most High. When He turns in a way of Grace toward His people, He comes with all His soul most heartily to display His favor. Seek not merely the permanent contract, but a closer walk with Him, and He will make your glory fresh again in His own time.

Yet take heed that you do not sin by charging God foolishly in this matter. Job, in all his losses, sinned not. Yield, not merely because you must, but because you trust, saying, “It is the Lord, let Him do what seems good to Him.” Let your request be made known with thanksgiving, but leave the outcome to His infinite wisdom. He is more than the Guarantee of your mercy; He is the God of it. If the door remains closed for a season, still believe that with God, all things are possible. He will open doors that no man can shut, and if your temporary work ends, He can raise up a permanent place beyond your asking, just as He gave Job twice as much in the latter end. Let patience have her perfect work, and remember that the mercy which is common to all men is of little comfort, but the mercy peculiarly yours, sealed by the Holy Spirit, shall sustain you through every uncertainty.
