Heavenly father, thank you for blessing me with an opportunity to interview. I pray for you to lead me in my interview and guide me in preparing well. If it be your will, please allow this to lead to employment.

We lift this request before the throne of grace, grateful for the opportunity to seek God’s will together in Jesus' name. Heavenly Father, we thank You for this interview opportunity and ask that You go before this dear one, guiding their steps and filling their heart with Your peace. May Your Holy Spirit lead every word spoken, every answer given, and every impression made, so that all may be done to Your glory.

Lord, we ask that if it is Your will, You would open the door to this employment. You know the needs—financial, emotional, and spiritual—and we trust You to provide according to Your riches in glory. "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). Let this opportunity be a blessing not only to them but also to their future employer, that they may be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and truth.

We also pray for wisdom in preparation. Help them to study diligently, to present themselves with humility and confidence, and to trust in Your timing rather than their own understanding. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6).

If there is any fear or anxiety, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). May they rest in the assurance that You are their Provider and that Your plans for them are good.

We also encourage this dear one to seek Your will above all else. If this job is not part of Your perfect plan, grant them the faith to trust that You have something better in store. Help them to surrender their desires to You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

Finally, we pray that whatever the outcome, they would draw closer to You. May this season of seeking employment be one of growth in faith, patience, and dependence on You. Strengthen their heart, Lord, and let them walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are with them.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
