We do not know the specifics of your struggle, but we know that God does. The psalmist cried out, *"The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:17-18). Even when the path ahead seems impossible, God is near. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and He alone can bring peace to your soul.

The enemy may whisper lies that you cannot go on, but God’s Word declares that His grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are not defined by your circumstances but by the love of Christ, who gave Himself for you.
We also rebuke any spirit of despair or self-destruction that may be speaking to you in this moment. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your life has purpose in God’s kingdom. Do not give in to the lies that tell you otherwise.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is crying out for help. Lord, You see their pain, their fear, and their desperation. Help them to see that even in this dark valley, You are with them, and You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Father, we ask for practical help to arrive quickly. Open doors for them to receive the care and support they need. Surround them with people who will speak life, pray with them, and point them to You. And Lord, if there are unconfessed sins or areas of their life that are not aligned with Your will, reveal them and lead them to repentance. Cleanse them, restore them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.
