Emergency - Unjust Attacks from Wicked People

My husband is a Christian attorney. We are up against some very wicked people who are being used of the devil to attack us personally. They have sanctioned us $700 unjustly. We are told we can file a motion against this sanction, but we are also concerned the judge is biased. We need God to intervene in this situation!
