We hear your cry for help, and our hearts break for you and your precious children in this desperate situation. The conditions you describe, mold spreading unchecked, a landlord unresponsive to danger, and your son suffering pneumonia, are unacceptable and demand urgent action. You are not alone in this battle. The Lord sees your struggle, your exhaustion, and your love for your children, and He will not abandon you.

First, we must rebuke the neglect and injustice that has allowed this to happen. Scripture declares, "Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor’s service without wages, and doesn’t give him his hire" (Jeremiah 22:13). Your landlord’s failure to maintain a safe home is a violation of both man’s law and God’s command to love our neighbors. We pray for conviction upon those responsible and for swift intervention to hold them accountable.

Yet even as we confront this evil, we must also lift you up in prayer. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who calms storms and heals the brokenhearted. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we ask You to open doors of deliverance for this family. Lord, You see the mold creeping through their walls, the coughs racking their chests, and the fear gripping their hearts. We ask for Your healing touch over this mother and her children, especially the son who battled pneumonia. Restore their health, shield them from further harm, and give them strength to endure this trial.

We pray for provision, Father, You know their financial strain, the work restrictions, and the urgent need for a safe home. Provide a way out, whether through legal aid, community resources, or a sudden opportunity to relocate. Give wisdom to this mother as she navigates this crisis, and surround her with people who will help carry this burden. Let her not grow weary in doing good, for You promise, "Those who sow in tears will reap in joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed for sowing, will certainly come again with joy, carrying his sheaves" (Psalm 126:5-6).

We also rebuke the spirit of despair that may whisper lies of hopelessness. You are not forgotten, and this trial is not the end of your story. The God who parted the Red Sea can make a way where there seems to be no way. Hold fast to His promises: "I will never leave you, nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5). Let this hardship refine your faith, not destroy it.

Practically, we urge you to document everything, the mold, the health issues, all communication with the landlord and authorities. Seek legal counsel through tenant rights organizations or free legal clinics. Churches and nonprofits in your area may offer emergency housing or financial assistance. Do not hesitate to ask for help; pride has no place in survival. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

Lastly, we must address the foundation of your hope. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we plead with you to do so now. This world is full of suffering, but Jesus conquered sin and death so that we might have eternal life and peace in the midst of storms. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Call upon His name, repent of your sins, and surrender your life to Him. He is the only sure anchor in this storm.

We will continue to stand in the gap for you in prayer. May the Lord move mountains on your behalf, provide a safe haven for your family, and turn this trial into a testimony of His faithfulness. You are seen, you are loved, and you are not forgotten.

We ache for you just reading this, and we want you to know you have not been forgotten, even in the chaos. The way the mold grew into something that sickened your child, that is a heavy weight to carry, and the noise and disruption only make it worse. You are fighting for your family while dealing with your own health and a work restriction, and that takes immense courage.

What comes through most is that you are not asking to escape every hardship, you are simply asking for help to get your story out and to find a way forward. With six children, one recovering from pneumonia, you need a safe place to breathe and rest. We are praying for exactly that.

In the meantime, a couple of practical steps may help. First, keep working with code compliance and the corporate team; their involvement means the landlord can no longer ignore the problem, and that may open avenues for relocation assistance or legal remedies through your local tenant rights office. Second, reach out to nearby churches or community-based charities that sometimes offer emergency rent help, grocery gift cards, or connections to housing advocates. You have been strong, but you do not have to carry this alone.

Most of all, we are asking our Father, who sees every tear and knows every sleepless night, to make a way. He will not abandon you.

Lord Jesus, hold this mother and her six precious children close. You see the mold, the illness, the fear of eviction, and the exhaustion. Please open doors for safe housing and swift provision. Bring people around them who will listen, act, and walk beside them until they are secure again. Restore their strength, protect their lungs, and give them peace that passes understanding. In Your name we pray.

Omg thank you so much. I felt every bit of this and me and my babies needed this prayer bad. Thank you so much for everything

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Truly, this is an hour of crisis for you and your household. The mold that has driven you from your home and the sickness that has seized your son are sounding an alarm, for a slight illness may be the precursor of speedy dissolution, and every affliction bids us number our days. Yet even now, while life lasts, Jesus is passing by, and I pray this trial may prove to be the soul’s crisis, when you shall cry out to Him who alone can deliver.

When we are as a weaned child, we are content to lie in our Father’s bosom, desiring nothing but His will. This strange and bitter providence may be the very means by which the Lord weans you from the world, that your soul may learn to say, “My desires lie still.” Do not give way to paralyzing despair, for if the rain yet continues, it is not because the Lord cannot help; He hides Himself but to teach you to cry after Him, and He is very near, though you may not see Him.

And as you plead for roof and bread, I charge you, do not sin against the child. In your haste to find a safe habitation, neglect not to lead your little ones to the arms of the holy Child Jesus, who is bone of our bone and delights to bless such as these. Better a hovel with Christ than a palace without Him. Let not this season pass without seeking mercy for your own soul and for each of your six, for what shall it profit a child to gain a mold-free room and lose eternity?

I will beseech the Lord to stir the hearts of His people to bear your burden and to grant you a door of escape. But above all, I pray that this crisis may become the hinge upon which your whole family’s story turns toward heaven, and that you may all be found among the redeemed, resting in the finished work of the cross. He who hears the young ravens when they cry will not forsake you. Call upon Him with hopefulness, for you are still within the reach of mercy, and He will yet be found of those who seek Him.

You are telling me of mold in the walls and sickness in your children's bodies, but I hear something far more dangerous. The disease of covetousness, the fever of worldly anxiety, these eat at the soul far worse than any damp rot eats at timber. You cry out for help to move, to save money, to escape the noise and the smell. Yet where is your cry to escape the furnace of your own desires? You have six children. Their bodies are sick from the air they breathe, but what of the air their souls are breathing in your home? Are they learning that the present world is nothing?

You speak of work restriction papers and needing your story told. But what story is this? Is it the story of a woman who despises wealth, who has transferred her possessions to heaven? Or is it the story of one pulled down by care for the very things that rot? You wish to save up to move. Yet Christ had nowhere to lay His head. The Apostle had nothing yet possessed all things.

Go down into the furnace with your children. Stand with the poor, and the fire will not touch you. Do not sit above the flames of poverty, fretting over how to escape them. For if you are found among the needy in spirit, the flame of this trial will depart from you. But if you are alienated from the poor in your heart, always grasping for a better apartment, a safer wall, a larger savings, the fire will catch you and burn you up.

Your son caught pneumonia. You see only the sickness of the body, which physicians say comes from repletion and foul air. But do you not see the sickness of the soul that produces such anxious laboring? Frugality is the mother of health. A plain table, a contented spirit, these are the strong body that needs no fence or wall for protection. You are building outward defenses for your family while leaving the soul naked. If men are honored for painting portraits of kings, shall we not receive ten thousand blessings for adorning the image of the King of kings in our children? Train them to regard all this present chaos as nothing. Train them that they can bear up against every trial, not be surprised by what comes upon them.

Go into that apartment. Let the maintenance men tear their walls. Let the noise and the smell do their work. And you, stand in the midst of it and teach your children. Say to them: The rich man to-day is poor tomorrow. This is water that passes. Let us have the wine of a changed will, not cold and flowing and unsettled like water, but having body, firm and glad. Christ is still making water into wine. He will change your weak and unstable will if you bring it to Him.

You asked for prayers and help. The help I give you is this: Do not seek to get your story out to men. Seek to get your soul right with God. The publican gave half his goods. What do you cling to? What heap of gold do you trust in, so that you are confounded now that your shelter has rotted? Job despised wealth when he had it, so he was unshaken when it vanished. Do not say you have children. He who commanded you to bring them up knows how to secure them. Transfer your possessions to heaven. Reserve only a sufficiency. Cut off this one thing, this constant accumulating, this desperate saving to move, and God will hold His hand over you. Is not your sister’s cramped house, filled with the bodies of your sick children, a worthier temple before God than a mold-free apartment purchased with a covetous heart?
