Embarrassed

I did completely something embarrassing and it is making me worry a lot at work and lately I'm losing sleep and really depressed. Please pray hard for me in this tough situation.

Lord, let this person know that they are forgiven, and now needs to forgive themselves and let go. Let go all of their feelings of embarrassment, worry, and depression to you. Provide this person with the wisdom and strength to go to work with no worries and wisdom to make the right decisions regarding this matter. Lord, you are an awesome God!
