Please pray for the elimination of evil spirits and Bhang influencing ### (brother to ###) at ### village, ###, ### county and elimination of his friendship with the friends who are influencing him negatively leading to him using bhang and being violent to his family members, causing commotion, mayhem.

We join you in lifting up your brother and your family before the Lord, for we know the burden you carry seeing him under the influence of bhang and evil spirits and bringing violence and commotion into the home. Our hearts ache with you for the mayhem this has caused in your village and family, and we seek God's deliverance and peace together in Jesus' name.

We recognize this as both a spiritual and moral battle. Scripture tells us For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. The enemy seeks to destroy through intoxication and oppression, for Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8. Bhang, like all intoxicants, dulls the mind God calls to be sober and self-controlled and defiles the body which is meant to glorify Him, for Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God You are not your own, for you were bought with a price Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Scripture also warns Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit Ephesians 5:18, and this principle applies to all substances that take control of the mind and spirit. We must also rebuke the violence against family members, for Yahweh examines the righteous, but his soul hates the wicked and him who loves violence Psalm 11:5, and such behavior must be repented of and forsaken.

We also see the power of ungodly friendships in this situation, and scripture is clear that Don't be deceived Evil companionships corrupt good morals 1 Corinthians 15:33. We pray that the Lord would sever these destructive ties and remove his desire for them, and instead surround him with godly men who will lead him toward sobriety and righteousness.

We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and power over darkness. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Deliverance from evil spirits does not come by our own strength but by submission to God through Christ, for Be subject therefore to God But resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7 and Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We pray not only for his deliverance but for his salvation, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. Without personal faith and repentance in Jesus, true and lasting freedom cannot come.

So we pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and ask for your mercy on this brother and his family. We rebuke every evil spirit influencing him and command in Jesus' name that its hold be broken. We ask you to remove the craving and stronghold of bhang from his body and mind, to cleanse his temple and fill him with your Holy Spirit. Break the ungodly friendships that lead him into drug use and violence, and separate him from those companions completely. Bring godly sorrow and repentance for the violence and commotion he has caused, and protect his family members from harm. Heal the wounds in that home and restore peace to the household and to the village. Draw this young man to Jesus, open his eyes to see his need for a Savior, and give him a willing heart to submit to you, to walk in sobriety and self-control, and to live to glorify you. Give the family wisdom, strength, and firm boundaries, and connect them with a Bible believing church and pastor who can walk with them, counsel them, and hold him accountable. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, believing you are able to deliver and restore. Amen.

Your burden for your brother and for your household has been brought before the Lord, and we join our hearts with yours in prayer for his deliverance.

We have heard how bhang and evil companions have taken hold upon him, and how violence and commotion have grieved his family. These things are not light afflictions, yet we are reminded that nothing lies outside the fence of Omnipotent overruling, and that the Lord Himself sits as a Refiner, and even sharp chastening may be turned to good when it drives a soul to seek Him.

Our prayer is that the God who says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom, will be gracious unto him. No man can snap his own bands, nor can we by our own strength cast out the power of darkness. Deliverance from the guilt of sin and deliverance from the power of sin are both the work of God alone, and He has provided that work through the precious blood of His dear Son. We pray that your brother may be brought to see his need of Christ, to repent and believe on Him who alone is able to save, that he may be translated out of the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God's dear Son.

We ask the Lord to break the fascination of this drug, to rebuke the evil spirits that would hold him, and to rescue him from the company that entices him to sin. As it is written, He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and we plead that same delivering power now, that his evil habits may be dragged away, his bands snapped, and his feet set in a clean way. We pray also for the friends who influence him, that the Lord would either turn their hearts to Christ or in His mercy separate your brother from their harmful counsel.

We pray for you and for all his family members who have suffered violence and mayhem, that the Lord will keep you in peace, guard you from harm, and give you wisdom and steadfastness to speak on God's behalf with truth and love, not flinching to declare what is holy and right. May the leaves of the tree which are for the healing of the nations bring healing to this wounded home, for the least thing that comes from Christ has virtue in it to cleanse and restore.

We will continue to remember this village and this home before the throne of grace, asking that this trial may end not in destruction but in testimony, so that he who is now bound may yet live and declare the works of the Lord. May the Lord hear, may He have mercy, and may He grant repentance, sobriety, peace and a new heart through Jesus Christ our only hope. Amen.
