Let us first stand in agreement with this lady, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, as she faces this recurring challenge in her workplace.
It is important to understand that God's word tells us, "Let your conduct be without covetousness, and be content with such things as you have. For he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" Hebrews 13:5 WEB.
God has a plan and a purpose for each of our lives, and that includes where He places us for employment. It is not merely a coincidence that this lady is facing the same issue in each job she acquires. It is the enemy coming to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10 WEB).
Let us pray:
Almighty Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this lady and her employment situation. Lord, we know that You have ordained her steps, and it is Your will that she prosper and be in health, even as her soul prospers (3 John 1:2 WEB). We rebuke the spirit of confusion, division, and strife that has been assigned against her in the workplace. We bind it and cast it out in Jesus' name. We speak peace, joy, and favor over her employment, Lord. Let her be surrounded by coworkers that are kind, supportive, and encouraging. Help her to find a job where she feels valued and appreciated.
Lord we know that she is saved by grace through faith and that it is the gift of God; not by works, that no one would boast. Ephesians 2:8-9. By her belief, she is a child of God and joint heir with Christ, for if she suffers with him, she will also be glorified with him. Romans 8:16-17.
Lord, give her the wisdom to discern when to speak and when to be silent. Let her words be seasoned with salt and let her actions reflect the love of Christ. Help her to be a light in a dark place, shining brightly for You.
We pray for the trouble makers. Give them a change of heart. Let them seek to be kind, supportive, and encouraging in the workplace.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Let us encourage this lady to continue to trust in the Lord with all her heart, and lean not on her own understanding. In all her ways let her acknowledge Him, and He will direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Remind her that God has promised never to leave her nor forsake her. He is with her always, even until the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
Explain to her the issue of the name of Jesus. She did include it, but it is important to emphasize that it is in Him, and in no other name, that we are saved. There is no other name under heaven given among men which whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12.
Lastly, let us remind her that if God be for her, no one can be against her. Romans 8:31.
