We come before the throne of grace with your plea heavy on our hearts, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your cry for deliverance from demonic influences is not taken lightly, for Scripture declares, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). The enemy seeks to torment and ensnare, but we stand firm in the truth that Jesus has already disarmed these powers through His victory on the cross.
Beloved, we rebuke every demonic memory, sound, word, and spirit that has sought to cling to you. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow—including those of the dark forces that have oppressed you (Philippians 2:9-11 WEB). We command them to flee now, in the authority of Christ, for He has given us power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19 WEB). You are not abandoned in this battle; the Holy Spirit is your Comforter and your Defender, and He will lead you into all truth (John 14:26 WEB).
We pray that the Lord would break every chain and sever every tie to these demonic influences. May the blood of Jesus wash over your mind, heart, and spirit, cleansing you from every defilement and restoring you to the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Let the Holy Spirit fill every void left by the enemy’s departure, for where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17 WEB). We declare that you are a new creation in Christ, and the old things—including these tormenting memories and spirits—have passed away (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB).
Father, we ask that You would renew your child’s mind with Your Word, which is a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105 WEB). Surround them with godly fellowship and accountability, so they may grow in discernment and resist the devil’s schemes (James 4:7 WEB). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them walk in the fullness of the freedom You have purchased for them. We thank You for Your deliverance, for You are faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).
In the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Deliverer, we pray. Amen.
