We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt plea, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your cry for deliverance from lust, sexual sin, the evil eye, and demonic influences is heard, and we stand with you in spiritual warfare, knowing that our God is greater than any force of darkness.
First, we must address the reality of sexual sin and its grip on the heart. The Bible is clear: "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). Lust and sexual sin are not merely physical acts—they are battles of the mind and spirit. We rebuke these temptations in the name of Jesus, for He has given us the power to overcome through His blood. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).
The evil eye and demonic influences you mention are real, but they have no power over those who are in Christ. "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We bind every demonic song, word, and sound that seeks to torment you, declaring that they must flee in Jesus’ name. "The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4).
We also encourage you to guard your heart and mind. Fill your thoughts with what is pure and holy: "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things" (Philippians 4:8). Replace demonic influences with worship, Scripture, and prayer. The psalmist declares, "Your word have I hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You" (Psalm 119:11).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is struggling with lust, sexual sin, and demonic oppression. Lord, we ask for Your deliverance and cleansing. Wash them with the blood of Jesus and set them free from every chain. Break the power of every evil influence, every demonic song, and every ungodly thought. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in purity and holiness.
Father, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, heart, and body. Strengthen them to resist temptation and flee from sin. Surround them with Your angels for protection and fill their life with Your peace. Help them to meditate on Your Word day and night, that they may be rooted and grounded in You.
We thank You, Lord, for the victory that is already ours through Christ Jesus. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). May they walk in the freedom and righteousness that You have purchased for them. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, beloved. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts fights for you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).
