We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt cries, lifting them up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and delivered. We stand with you, declaring freedom from every demonic influence, every unclean memory, and every chain of lust and sexual immorality that seeks to ensnare. The Word of God declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We resist every evil spirit that has attached itself to these memories, sounds, or words, and we command them to flee in Jesus' name! The blood of Jesus has already broken their power, and we stand on the promise of 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." You are forgiven, cleansed, and set free!

We also lift up the precious lives of conjoined twins around the world, praying for skilled hands, wisdom, and divine intervention for the surgeons and medical teams involved. May God’s healing touch be upon each child, and may His perfect will be done in their lives. We pray this in alignment with Psalm 139:13-14, which reminds us, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."

For and all those in her life who do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray fervently for their salvation. The Bible is clear in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We ask that the Holy Spirit would draw them with cords of love, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and soften their hearts to receive Christ. We declare Romans 10:9 over their lives: "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." May they come to know the freedom, peace, and eternal life that only Jesus provides.

Father God, we also take a moment to address the seriousness of sexual immorality in your sight. Your Word is unchanging, and it declares in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray for a holy fear of the Lord to guard hearts and minds, and for strength to walk in purity. If there has been any involvement in sexual sin, we encourage repentance and turning away from it, trusting in God’s mercy and grace to restore.

We pray all these things with faith, knowing that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We stand together, united in the name of Jesus, declaring victory over every demonic influence, healing for the afflicted, and salvation for the lost. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the freedom that is ours in Christ. Amen.

We’re praying with you for God to break every chain of lust and sexual immorality, and to silence the noise of anything that pulls your mind where you don’t want it to go.

When these thoughts or images surface, one concrete step you can take is to speak to them directly in Jesus’ name, not a loud, dramatic declaration, just a quiet, firm refusal. You can say, “In the name of Jesus, I renounce this memory and command that thought to be still. I belong to Christ.” You don’t have to re-live it or analyze it; just shut it down and refocus on something true and wholesome. Over time, building a habit of calmly turning away starves those mental hooks. If you haven’t already, it also helps to walk this out with a trusted, spiritually mature believer, someone who will pray with you and help you stay grounded when the battle feels lonely.

Alongside your own struggle, your heart for others is beautiful. We join you in lifting up conjoined twins everywhere and their families, asking God to guide surgeons’ hands and to surround these little ones with fierce love and healing. We also bring ### before the Lord, trusting His mercy for her and all those in her circle who need salvation.

Jesus, we thank You that You are our deliverer and our peace. We ask You to cleanse our friend’s mind from every demonic memory, every sound and word that stirs lust and shame. Break their power, and fill this heart with Your purity and rest. For conjoined twins across the world, grant wisdom to doctors, courage to families, and Your healing presence in every surgery. When under temptations of the flesh and memories of old sins, Satan, himself, comes in with his fiery darts, and you have a hard time of it. Our sins were the archers that shot at us when we would fain come to Christ and drink of his salvation. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin! We must look to our heavenly Father, altogether and alone.

He has delivered us. The clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of my deliverance, for the time had come! The arrow is the arrow of the Lord's deliverance. Deliverance is of the Lord but it must be accomplished by human instrumentality.

So the man, Divinely strengthened by God, shoots the arrow and the deliverance comes. The Lord has chastened me sorely... and, moreover, I have met with so many Christians who, in the time of trouble, have received amazing warnings, or sweet assurances of coming deliverance. A person who has no experience of tribulation, what great deliverance has he to speak of?

God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but he has found a ransom. Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said it, "I have found a ransom." If you had only heard this sentence uttered by a mortal man, you might have questioned the truth of it, but when God Himself proclaims concerning him who is going down to the Pit, "I have found a ransom," then is the deliverance certain! Indeed, it is already accomplished! He brought them forth; they did not share the honor of their deliverance with God, but still they gave their hearty assent and consent to His salvation.

Willingly as they were to move, it was still true, "HE brought them forth." I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

You cry out for deliverance from demonic memories, from sounds and words that stir up lust and sexual immorality. This affliction is indeed a self-chosen madness, making the senses like sewers that pour forth filth, little different from a demoniac. Yet there is hope. God is faithful, and no temptation has seized you except what is common to man; He will not allow you to be tested beyond what you can bear, but with the temptation will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. Flee to Him in prayer, not with a divided heart but with tears and perseverance. The enemy arranges his snares in order, saving the strongest for last, but the grace of God is mightier. Even harlots entered the Kingdom, not by continuing in their sin, but by believing, obeying, and being purified. So you must do the same: cut away the excess, drink the medicine of moderation, and give careful heed to your prayers. When you receive not, persevere; when you receive, give thanks. God sometimes permits the assault to linger that you may cling to Him all the more, as a mother allows a fright to draw her child back to her bosom.

You also ask for the healing of conjoined twins across the world. We join our prayers that God, the physician of souls and bodies, would grant wisdom to surgeons and strength to these little ones according to His will. Physical healing is a good, yet far greater is the resurrection to come, for which the saints of old refused deliverance. So let us entreat the Lord for mercy in this life, but always with our eyes fixed on the better resurrection.

You pray for the salvation of a certain person and those in her life. This is well, for God desires not the death of a sinner, but that all come to repentance. Continue to intercede with confidence, knowing that it is God who justifies; who then can condemn? Even when the road is long, do not grow weary. The trial of waiting is permitted that both you and they might flee for refuge to Him, and having fled, abide there.

Stand firm, then, against the attacks of the evil one. Let no shameful memory find a home in you. Take every thought captive to Christ. If you fall, rise again; do not despair. For God is for us, and He has shown it by the death of His Son and His intercession for us. To Him be the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

What you are describing is a very real battle. The memories that seem to play over and over, the sounds and words that stick in the mind and stir up lust, these are not just psychological quirks. They can be points where demonic forces gain a foothold, replaying those images to pull you back into impurity. The Scriptures tell us of spirits that go out of the mouth, and we see in the Gospels how Jesus commanded them to leave, often with a loud cry. That same authority is yours in Christ. Do not be intimidated by the vividness of those memories; greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

Be watchful about what you let in. The world around you has opened the floodgates. It pushes sexual images and sounds through every channel, entertainment, advertisements, websites, all designed to inflame the passions. This is not new. The enemy has always used the three hooks: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. That pattern trapped Eve in the garden and was presented to Jesus in the wilderness. Today it comes in a million forms, all with the same goal: to make you a slave to your desires and destroy everything precious. When you find those memories intruding, remember that you are not that person anymore. You were once dead in trespasses, following the course of this world and fulfilling the desires of the flesh and mind, but you have been made alive in Christ. Put off that old man with his lusts.

Prayer for deliverance is right, but check your heart even as you pray. James warns that we can ask amiss, wanting something only to spend it on our own lust. You are not asking for an opportunity to sin; you are asking to be freed from the shackles. That is a prayer God delights to answer. He does not want you bound. When you cry out, the Holy Spirit can silence those whispering memories and replace them with a hunger for righteousness. Do not toy with them, do not revisit them, and do not fear them. Resist the devil, and he will flee. Let fornication and all sexual impurity not even be named among you, as is fitting for a saint.

I join you in your prayer for the conjoined twins, that skilled hands would be guided and that these little ones would know health and healing. And for the person you mentioned, along with those in her life: salvation is God’s deepest desire for them. He is patient, not willing that any should perish. Continue to lift them up, trusting that He is able to break every chain, even the chains of unbelief that mask a heart wanting to follow its own passions without accountability. Many claim atheism for just that reason, but the love of Christ can pierce through.

You are not alone in this fight. The whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one, but you have been sealed. The enemy’s horde cannot touch the ones who belong to God. Walk in that freedom, not in fear. When those memories rise, turn your mind to things above, and let the peace of Christ rule in your heart. He who called you is faithful, and He will do it.
