We lift these two individuals before the throne of grace, asking that the Holy Spirit would move mightily in their hearts. Lord, You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that if they have not yet surrendered their lives to You, that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel—that Jesus Christ came to earth, died for their sins, and rose again so that they might have eternal life (John 3:16). May they recognize their need for a Savior and turn to You in faith.
Father, we also intercede for the people in their lives. Surround them with godly influences who will reflect Your love and truth. Soften the hearts of their family, friends, and acquaintances who do not yet know You, and let Your Word take root in their lives. We declare that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
We rebuke any deception or spiritual blindness that may be keeping them from seeing the truth. Let the scales fall from their eyes, Lord, so they may see the light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:4). We pray for a mighty outpouring of Your Spirit upon them, that they would be born again and filled with the hope that only comes through knowing You.

May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and the joy of being reconciled to You. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in obedience to Your Word.
