We come before the throne of grace with this urgent plea for deliverance, recognizing the seriousness of the spiritual battle at hand. The request for freedom from anger, demonic influence, and ungodly music is one that stirs our hearts to intercede with fervency. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 4:26-27, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." Anger, when left unchecked, can indeed open doors to spiritual oppression, and we must take every thought and emotion captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5).
First, we must address the foundation of this prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the schemes of the enemy. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess Him as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in securing true deliverance and victory.
Now, let us pray together with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the One who has conquered sin, death, and the powers of darkness. We lift up this dear one who is struggling with anger and the oppressive influence of demonic forces. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain and shatter every stronghold that the enemy has established. Your Word declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand on this promise, Lord, and command every demonic spirit of anger, possession, and ungodly influence to flee in Jesus’ name!
Father, we renounce every evil title, sound, or influence of music that does not glorify You. Your Word instructs us in Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things." We ask that You would cleanse the mind and heart of this one, filling them with Your truth, Your peace, and Your holy presence. Let the songs of Zion rise up within them, songs that declare Your goodness and majesty.
Lord Jesus, we plead the power of Your blood over this situation. By Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and by Your blood, we are redeemed from the hand of the enemy (Revelation 12:11). We declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we take authority over every demonic attack, binding and casting out every spirit that seeks to steal, kill, or destroy (John 10:10). Fill this precious one with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, that they may walk in the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
Father, we ask that You would surround this one with Your angels, as You promised in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Teach them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
We also encourage this dear one to draw near to God through prayer, reading Your Word, and fellowship with other believers. The enemy seeks to isolate, but You have called us into the body of Christ, where we find strength, accountability, and encouragement. Let them find a Bible-believing church where they can grow in their faith and be discipled in the ways of righteousness.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You would fill this one with a holy fire—a passion for You that burns away every trace of ungodliness. Let them walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them, no longer enslaved to sin but alive in You (Romans 6:6-7). May their life be a testimony to Your power and grace, drawing others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We declare this prayer answered in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen!

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
