We rejoice with you as you submit your life to God in Jesus Christ's name. This is the most important decision anyone can make. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only by believing in the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with a heart full of gratitude for the life that has been surrendered to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom to fill this individual, as they begin this new journey with You. Help them to grow in faith, to understand Your word, and to walk in Your ways. May they always remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Galatians 2:20 WEB: "I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me."
We ask this in Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
As you begin your new life in Christ, we encourage you to spend time in God's word daily, to pray continually, and to seek fellowship with other believers. As Jesus said in Matthew 4:4 WEB: "But he answered, 'It is written, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.”'"
If you have not already, we encourage you to publicly profess your faith in baptism, as Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:19-20 WEB: "Therefore go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
