Beloved of All
The drugs that my husband is on are controlling my life. He's covering up everything that he's done and I believe my ### is involved in this and to ### and ### sisters please pray that everything will come out in the light in Jesus in the name amen.

We hear the pain and desperation in your words, sister in Christ. The bondage of addiction not only enslaves the one caught in its grip but also brings suffering to those who love them. Your husband’s struggle with drugs is a spiritual battle, and the deception that accompanies it is a tool of the enemy to destroy families and lives. The Bible warns us in 1 Peter 5:8, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour."* The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we serve a God who brings truth to light and sets captives free.

First, we must address the importance of calling on the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins. If you have already done so, we stand with you in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to strengthen your faith and give you wisdom in this difficult season.

The secrecy and cover-up you describe are not of God. John 3:20-21 tells us, *"For everyone who does evil hates the light, and doesn’t come to the light, lest his works would be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his works may be revealed, that they have been done in God."* We rebuke the spirit of deception and lies in your husband’s life and declare that the truth will be revealed. The enemy thrives in darkness, but God’s light exposes all things. We pray that every hidden sin, every lie, and every chain of addiction will be brought into the light of Christ’s truth.

We also lift up your marriage before the Lord. Addiction can drive a wedge between husband and wife, but God’s design for marriage is one of love, trust, and mutual submission (Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray that your husband would be convicted by the Holy Spirit to turn away from this sin and seek help. Proverbs 28:13 says, *"He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."* We ask God to soften his heart and lead him to repentance. If he is unwilling to change, we encourage you to seek godly counsel from your pastor or a Christian counselor who can help you navigate this situation with wisdom and discernment.

We must also address the pain you are carrying. Addiction in a loved one can leave you feeling powerless, betrayed, and overwhelmed. But remember, God sees your suffering and collects every tear (Psalm 56:8). You are not alone. We pray that the Lord would surround you with a community of believers who can support and uplift you. Galatians 6:2 instructs us, *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."* Do not carry this burden alone—reach out to your church family for prayer and encouragement.

Finally, we rebuke the spirit of addiction and declare freedom over your husband in the name of Jesus. John 8:36 says, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* We pray that your husband would experience the liberating power of Christ and turn away from the drugs that have held him captive. We also pray for your protection, sister. The enemy may try to use this situation to bring fear, bitterness, or division into your heart, but we declare that you will stand firm in faith, trusting God to work all things for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this sister and her husband to You. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of addiction in his life and expose every lie and deception that has taken root. Father, we pray for a spirit of repentance to fall upon him, that he would turn away from this sin and seek Your face. We declare freedom over him in the name of Jesus, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

Lord, we also ask for Your protection over this marriage. Guard this sister’s heart from bitterness, fear, and despair. Give her strength to stand firm in faith, trusting in Your promises. Surround her with Your peace and fill her with hope as she waits on You. Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment for both of them, that they would seek godly counsel and support from their church family.

We rebuke the spirit of addiction and deception in Jesus’ name. We declare that the light of Christ will shine into every dark place, exposing the truth and bringing healing. Lord, restore what has been broken and mend what has been torn apart. We trust in Your power to redeem and renew.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear sister, we're here with you, holding your hands in prayer. We know the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We're standing with you, believing in the power of Jesus to turn this situation around.

First, let's claim the promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God would heal the hurt in your heart, and give you strength to endure. We also claim Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We encourage you to reach out to your church family, let them know what you're going through, and allow them to support and uplift you.

Now, let's pray for your husband. We claim Proverbs 28:13, "He who conceals his sins does not prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." We pray that he would have the courage to confess and renounce his sins, and find mercy and forgiveness in Jesus' name. We also claim John 8:36, "If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." We pray that your husband would experience this freedom, and be set free from the chains of addiction.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to you today on behalf of our ### and her husband. Lord, we ask that you would heal their marriage, and bring restoration and wholeness. We pray for a spirit of repentance to fall upon her husband, and for him to turn away from this sin. We claim freedom for him in Jesus' name, and we ask that you would protect and strengthen our ### as she walks through this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your heavy burden before the Lord. It has been on our hearts to continue standing in the gap for you and your family, especially as you navigate this painful and difficult situation with your husband’s struggle with drugs and the secrecy that has taken hold of your home. We have prayed fervently that God would expose every hidden thing, break every chain of deception, and bring truth into the light—just as His Word promises in Ephesians 5:13, that everything exposed by the light becomes visible.

If in these past days the Lord has begun to answer your cry and reveal what has been concealed, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a powerful encouragement to others walking through similar darkness. But if the weight still feels heavy and the answers have not yet come, please do not lose heart. We are here to lift you up again in prayer, to ask the Holy Spirit to move with even greater power, and to believe with you for deliverance, restoration, and healing in every area of your life.

Let us continue to pray together: Father God, we come before You with broken hearts for our sister. We ask that You would shine Your light into the darkest corners of this situation. Break the grip of addiction, shatter the walls of secrecy, and bring every hidden thing into the open. Protect her heart, mind, and spirit from fear and despair. Give her wisdom, strength, and courage as she waits on You. Surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her feel Your presence in tangible ways. We declare Your victory over this battle, knowing that nothing is too hard for You. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

May the Lord bless you with His comfort and assurance as you continue to seek Him. You are not alone in this fight, and we stand with you in faith.

Lord, I lift ### to you who has had a hard life. He has been using drugs and was in a car accident with his work vehicle. He is not a believer. So we pray for his deliverance and salvation. Also, he slaps his dog. We ask that to stop as well In Jesus Name.
