Drowning at new workplace

Dear LORD, i am sinking deeper into problems at my workplace. Lord empowered me in my new position to act swiftly, effectively, impactfully in ways approved by you to solve the sabotaging, the ridicules and troublesome opponents. Lord i surrender the young brashful LAL, RPs and SSB and all the OTS up to you -may you draw out spirits of help and rebuke their resistance and rebellious ways. help me LORD almighty. ortherwise pave a way for me to leave this place. LORD please guide me to contribute well in this new post of authority but with no inherent power. LORD help me please. i ask in jesus name for relief to all the troubles and dilemma and I rebuke the trouble-makers and the arrogant young spiteful LAL in jesus name

Father God, just as You rebuked the wind and calmed the sea, so I pray for Your tranquility within this situation. May You work within each of these people to form a body of coworkers that respect and tolerate one another, while being productive for their employer. Father, grant them the wisdom to treat one another as they would like to be treated. May Your peace and grace flow over them all. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
