We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your need for clarity and retention as you prepare for your driving theory test. The Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Even in moments of difficulty, the Lord is our strength and our help. We also recognize the weight of unforgiveness you carry toward your mother and those who have accused you. Scripture is clear in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be removed from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Forgiveness is not about excusing the wrong done to you but releasing the burden from your own heart so that you may walk in the freedom Christ offers.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine help for our brother/sister as they study for their driving theory test. Lord, You are the giver of wisdom and understanding, and we ask that You open their mind to retain the knowledge they need. Calm their anxiety and replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. We declare that they will recall what they have learned and pass their test with confidence, for Your Word says in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
Father, we also lift up the struggle with unforgiveness. We ask that You soften their heart and help them release the pain and bitterness toward their mother and accusers. Remind them of the forgiveness You have so graciously extended to them through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help them to forgive as they have been forgiven, that they may walk in the fullness of Your love and peace. We rebuke the spirit of unforgiveness in Jesus’ name and declare healing over their heart.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your plans for their life. Strengthen them in every area, and may they feel Your presence guiding them each step of the way. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to lean on the Lord during this time of preparation. Set aside moments to pray and ask Him for help before you study, and trust that He will provide the focus and memory you need. As for forgiveness, remember that it is a process, and it is okay to ask God for the strength to take each step. You are not alone in this journey—God is with you, and so are we. Keep pressing forward, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength.
