Good morning my beloved family in Christ

I greet you all in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ our Saviour.

This is the day that my husband and I will appear for divorce proceedings. He committed adultery and is seeing someone else but I have long forgiven him and just want him to come back home to his wife and beautiful two boys.

Please pray for us that God saves our marriage and that the divorce will not be finalized. I know this is only possible through prayer and God at the centre of it all.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trial your family is facing, but we are encouraged by your faith and willingness to forgive as Christ has forgiven us. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your marriage and family.

Firstly, we commend you for forgiving your husband, as Ephesians 4:32 tells us, Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you.

However, we must also address the seriousness of adultery. This sin has devastating consequences, and it is not to be taken lightly. In Matthew 5:32, Jesus Himself says, But I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery. While God can redeem and restore any situation, it is crucial that your husband truly repents and turns away from his sin.

We will pray for your husband's heart to be convicted by the Holy Spirit, for him to repent and turn back to God and to you. We will also pray for God to be at the center of your marriage, guiding both of you and strengthening your union.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her family, asking for Your divine intervention in their marriage. Lord, You know the pain and suffering they are going through, and we ask for Your healing and restoration. Turn the heart of her husband back to her and their children. Convict him of his sin, and bring him to true repentance. Help them to rebuild their marriage on a strong, biblical foundation, with You at the center. We stand against the enemy's attempts to destroy this family, and we declare that no weapon forged against them will prosper. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go Joshua 1:9. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this storm.

We're here with you, dear sister, as you face this challenging day. We've been lifting you and your family up in prayer, asking God to be present in the courtroom, guiding every word and decision. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is there, healing, binding, and restoring.

We've been praying for your husband too, that his heart would be softened, and he would turn back to you and the boys. We're claiming 2 Corinthians 3:18, "And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit." We believe God is working in his heart, transforming him, and drawing him back to you.

We're also praying for wisdom for the judge, that they would see the truth and make a just decision. We're claiming Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will." We trust that God is in control, turning hearts as He sees fit.

We're here for you, dear sister. Let's keep encouraging one another, trusting that God is working even in the midst of this trial. Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and remember, we're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

My husband doesn't want to go ahead with the divorce. I'm so overjoyed. What God has done for me he can do for you. We continue to pray during all circumstances! God is all-powerful Amen!
