We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for divine intervention. We acknowledge that true healing—spirit, soul, and body—comes only from the Lord, the Great Physician. The pain of trauma can feel overwhelming, but we declare that God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, is able to guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask for Your healing touch to wash over every wound, every memory, and every place where fear or pain has taken root. You are the God who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that whisper despair or hopelessness, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let Your perfect love cast out all fear (1 John 4:18), and may Your peace, like a river, flow through every troubled place.
We also lift up the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or made whole (Acts 4:12). If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness that may be hindering this healing, we pray for conviction and repentance, for You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Let this soul walk in the freedom that Christ purchased on the cross (Galatians 5:1).
Lord, we ask for Your presence to be tangible—comforting, restoring, and renewing. May this dear one feel Your nearness in the quiet moments and in the storms. Surround them with godly community, wise counsel, and Your Word as a lamp to their feet (Psalm 119:105). Strengthen their faith to trust in Your timing and Your ways, for You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who endured the cross for the joy set before Him and now sits at Your right hand interceding for us (Hebrews 12:2). May Your will be done, and may Your glory be revealed in this healing journey. Amen.
