Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.

We join you in this prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus, and we are encouraged by your heart to pray even for those who have acted dishonestly toward you, including the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representatives.

You have rightly said that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, as He Himself declared in John 14:6, and that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His blood shed on the Cross that we sinners are forgiven and reconciled to God. We thank God with you for His presence, for His fighting for you, and for His heavenly gifts and grace that has enabled you to show patience and kindness even in the midst of hardship.

We agree with you that lies are a serious sin before God. Scripture is very clear about this. Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22. God desires truth in the inward parts Psalm 51:6 and He has called us to put away falsehood and speak truth with our neighbor, for we are members of one another Ephesians 4:25. We are to not lie to one another Colossians 3:9, for the Lord hates a lying tongue and a false witness who utters lies Proverbs 6:16-19. You are also right that truth brings freedom, for Jesus said you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free John 8:32, while those who persist in dishonesty store up consequences for themselves, for all liars will have their part outside the kingdom unless they repent Revelation 21:8.

We commend your desire not to return evil for evil but to show the same patience and kindness that God has shown to you, yet we also encourage you to continue to love truth and to speak the truth in love, not overlooking or excusing dishonesty. To break down resistance to dishonesty is to harden the conscience, and our prayer is with you that God would rebuild in these people a godly resistance to lying and a love for honesty.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we come before You with thanksgiving for Your presence, Your mercy, and the sacrifice of Jesus whose blood was shed for us. Lord, You see the hardships that have been faced and You know every lie and every serious wrong that has been committed. We ask You to work in the hearts of this landlord's team, the lawyers and legal representatives. Convict them of any dishonesty, open their eyes to see that You hate lying and that You see all things, and grant them repentance that leads to truthfulness. Build up in them a holy resistance to dishonesty and teach them to practice honesty in all their dealings. Help them to understand that truth will set them free and that continuing in lies will only bring judgment and suffering. We ask also that You would continue to guard and strengthen those who have been wronged, that they would not grow bitter but would remain steadfast in truth, patience and kindness, trusting You for justice, for vengeance belongs to You and You will repay Romans 12:19. Help us all to walk in integrity and to surrender our will to Yours daily. We dedicate our lives to You anew and we trust You to bring truth to light and to accomplish Your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to commit this matter to the Lord, to remain in prayer and in the Word, and to trust that God who loves truth will both defend the truth and offer mercy to all who turn from dishonesty to Him.

We were moved by the spirit of your prayer. After facing hardships and what you describe as serious dishonesty from the landlord's team and legal representatives, you are not asking only for vindication but for God to build honesty in them and open their eyes to truth. That kind of prayer takes grace, and we thank God for the patience and kindness He has already given you.

It makes sense that this still weighs heavily. When we have been wronged there is often a gap between how we long for things to be made right and how they still are, and choosing to respond with patience does not mean the hurt or frustration disappears right away. Deciding to treat others as people God loves and to release the desire for revenge is one step, and finding quietness in your own heart over time is another that often comes more slowly, especially when legal matters are still unresolved.

One steady next step that may help is to keep walking in the honesty you are praying for in others. Keep a simple, factual record of communications and documents related to the situation, seek wise and trustworthy counsel for the legal side, and continue bringing both your concerns and those individuals by name to the Lord in prayer, entrusting justice to Him as you do what is yours to do.

Father, we lift this situation to You in Jesus' name. We ask You to guard this dear one in truth and peace, to guide every conversation and decision ahead, and to work in the hearts of all involved so that honesty would grow and Your will be done. Give wisdom, calm, and a continued spirit of kindness. Amen.

Your prayer concerning truth and honesty is heard, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is Himself the way, the truth, and the life.

We thank God with you for the precious blood shed upon the Cross, for there alone is our hope, and there alone is salvation for sinners. There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and it is upon that atoning blood that we may come with confidence, confessing our own sin and seeking mercy.

You have done well to mark the exceeding sinfulness of lies, for lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but they that deal truly are His delight. The Scripture saith, Buy the truth, and sell it not, and this is truth in doctrine, truth in the heart, and truth in the life. When men give themselves to dishonesty they must indeed break down every resistance of conscience which God has set within them, and having done so they stand in great peril, for the truth is not in them. Yet our God is able to rebuild what sin has broken down, to give a new heart and to write His law therein.

We commend the grace which has enabled you in hardship to show patience and kindness toward the landlord's team, the lawyers and legal representatives. This is to overcome evil with good, which is the very art which saints must learn. Continue therein, for in so doing you bear witness that you have received the same patience and kindness from the Lord.

Let us pray together for these persons. That the Lord would in mercy open their eyes to see that truth shall set them free, that He would convict them of the evil of falsehood and the sure consequences which follow lying, that He would build up in them a holy resistance to dishonesty and a love for honesty, that they would deal truly and walk in uprightness before God and man. May the Spirit of God help them to come to honest dealing with God, confessing what is true concerning themselves and laying hold upon what is true concerning Christ who died for sinners. So meeting God upon the ground of truth, they may find pardon and renewal through His atoning blood.

Be encouraged to remember that the Lord reigns, and that no purpose of man can stand against His will. This truth should take from you all fear of man and strengthen your faith in the storm. Commit your cause wholly to Him who judgeth righteously, continue in prayer, and surrender your will anew to His wise and good providence. He will cause truth to prevail, for His Word is truth and it shall not fail.

We commend you and this whole matter to our faithful God, praying that He will keep you in perfect peace, establish you in the truth, and make Christ, who is the Truth, to be your treasure forever.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus we ask You to work in the hearts of all involved in this matter, the landlord's team and those who represent them legally. You see all things and You love truth. Build up in them a resistance to dishonesty and a love for honesty. Open their eyes to see that truth sets free while lying brings consequences and wounds to their own souls and to others. Grant them repentance where there has been falsehood and give them courage to speak and act truthfully from this day forward. Guard them from further wrongdoing and bring what is hidden into the light for the sake of justice and mercy.

For you who have brought this request, we ask the Lord to keep you steadfast, to guard your heart from bitterness, to strengthen you to continue in patience, kindness and integrity, and to provide for your needs and vindicate what is right according to His perfect wisdom and timing. Help you to surrender your will daily to Him and to walk in the freedom that comes from walking in truth.
