We pray that your department head would be granted discernment directly from the Holy Spirit, as James 1:5 assures us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." May she be led by truth, not by confusion or the influence of others, and may her decisions reflect godly order and justice.

Lord, we also pray for the coworker who has caused confusion. Soften her heart, convict her of any wrongdoing, and lead her to repentance. If she is unwilling to change, we ask that You remove her influence from this workplace, for the sake of harmony and productivity. Bring unity, honesty, and understanding to this team, that they may work together for Your glory.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would continue to mold and shape this believer’s character. Help them to grow in patience, love, and wisdom, that they may be a light in their workplace. May their actions and words point others to You, and may they find their ultimate peace and identity in Christ alone.
