We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing from disability. The Word of God assures us that He is the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for Him. In Jeremiah 32:27, the Lord declares, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We stand on this promise, believing that God can perform miracles beyond our understanding.
Father, we cry out to You on behalf of this dear one struggling with disability. You see their pain, their limitations, and their heart’s desire for wholeness. We ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand and restore what has been broken. Whether this healing comes instantly or through gradual strength and provision, we trust in Your perfect will. In Exodus 15:26, You promised, "I am Yahweh who heals you," and we claim that promise today.
We also recognize that healing may come in many forms—not always physical, but through peace, endurance, and the grace to thrive in every circumstance. If it is Your will, Lord, we ask for complete restoration. But if not, we pray for the strength to walk in faith, knowing that Your grace is sufficient (2 Corinthians 12:9). Help them to find purpose in their journey, to lean on You, and to trust that You work all things together for good (Romans 8:28).
We rebuke any spirit of despair or doubt that may try to take root in their heart. We declare that hope in You is never in vain, and that Your love sustains them even in weakness. May they experience Your presence in powerful ways, knowing that You are close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and compassion for those who care for them. Give them patience, understanding, and the resources they need to support this journey. Surround them with a community of believers who will uplift and encourage them in faith.
Above all, we pray that this trial draws them closer to You. May they know You not just as Healer, but as Savior, Redeemer, and Friend. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we pray they would come to know Him as Lord and experience the salvation that comes through faith in His name. For there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
We commit this request into Your hands, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray. Amen.
