Direction In Life

Please show me direction in life Lord God. I worry a lot about life and my situation at my current job right now. I just pray that God can help give me answers and help change my life.

"Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?" - Luke 12:25

Jesus asks a very simple, yet profound, question in Luke 12:25. Worrying about something completely out of your control is useless and, as the scripture implies, won't accomplish anything or "add a single hour to your life." So all we can do is let go of our worry and trust in God.

Jesus says to be 'anxious for no thing but in prayer make your requests known' - He cares for us more than the sparrows and lillies and yet none of them are in want - He supplies all our needs! Father, I ask that You would move in this situation. May a door of opportunity be opened and may You be the guide each step of the way. We confess that sometimes we get caught up in 'fear' and our limited view of our circumstances but God we KNOW You are bigger than anything we can face in our lives! May this person take their eyes off the problem and find rest and peace knowing that when this care was cast into You, You have in it Your mighty hands. Thank You for loving each of us and for supplying all we need. Thank you for hearing these prayers. In Jesus' holy name - Amen!
