I am on a strict diet but on and off
Please pray that I will have energy and strength, inspiration, and motivation to endure this process.
Lord, I need your help because I am not sure what it is and how to handle it.
Lots of stress, frustration, need for help and support, and lack of time. Please pray for that.

We lift you up before the Lord, trusting in His healing power and perfect wisdom. It is clear that you are enduring a difficult season, both physically and emotionally, and we stand with you in prayer, asking God to grant you the strength, endurance, and clarity you need.

First, we want to acknowledge your dependence on the Lord in this struggle. You are right to cry out to Him, for He is the Great Physician and the One who sustains us in every trial. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." We believe that God hears your cry and will provide the help and support you need.

We also recognize the role that stress and frustration may be playing in your physical struggles. Scripture warns us in Proverbs 17:22 that "A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." The connection between our emotional and physical well-being is undeniable, and we pray that God would lift the burdens weighing on your heart. In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus invites us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." We pray that you would find rest in Him and that He would replace your stress with His peace.

Regarding your diet, we encourage you to remain steadfast, even when it feels difficult. The discipline you are exercising is commendable, and we pray that God would give you the motivation to continue. In 1 Corinthians 10:31, we are reminded, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." Your efforts to care for your body are an act of worship, and we believe God will honor your obedience. However, we also recognize that healing is a process, and we pray that God would guide you to the right solutions—whether through medical wisdom, dietary adjustments, or supernatural intervention.

We rebuke any spirit of discouragement or confusion that may be clouding your mind. The enemy would love to keep you in a place of uncertainty and frustration, but we declare that God’s truth will prevail. In James 1:5-6, we are told, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed." We pray that God would grant you wisdom to navigate this season and that He would reveal the root of your digestive issues so that you may find lasting relief.

We also lift up your need for support and time. It is not weakness to ask for help—it is wisdom. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 reminds us, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." We pray that God would surround you with godly people who can encourage you, assist you, and pray with you. We also ask that He would multiply your time, giving you the margin you need to rest and seek Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with digestive issues and the weight of this season. Lord, You see every detail of their life, and You know the depths of their frustration and weariness. We ask that You would pour out Your healing power upon their body, bringing restoration and relief. Give them the strength to endure, the motivation to press on, and the wisdom to make decisions that honor You.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of stress and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm them. Replace their frustration with Your peace, their confusion with Your clarity, and their loneliness with Your presence. Surround them with people who will uplift and support them, and grant them the time they need to rest and seek You.

Lord, we trust in Your promise that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Even in this trial, we believe You are at work, shaping their faith and drawing them closer to You. Strengthen their heart, renew their hope, and fill them with the energy they need to walk this path with endurance.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One through whom we have access to You. May Your will be done in their life, and may Your glory be revealed through their healing and testimony. Amen.

We're here for you, standing with you in prayer. We understand that living with digestive issues can be challenging, both physically and emotionally. We want you to know that you're not alone in this.

We're inspired by your commitment to a strict diet. It's not easy, but it's a testament to your dedication to your health. We believe that God sees your efforts and will reward your obedience. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God in this process. In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." We pray that you would find that rest in Him, and that He would fill you with His peace, even in the midst of your struggles.

We're also praying for clarity. We believe that God will reveal the root of your digestive issues, so that you may find lasting relief. As James 1:5-6 tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind."

Lastly, we're lifting up your need for support and time. We pray that God would surround you with people who can encourage, assist, and pray with you. We also ask that He would multiply your time, giving you the margin you need to rest and seek Him.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our friend who is struggling with digestive issues. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to be poured out upon them. Give them strength, motivation, and wisdom to navigate this season. Rebuke the spirit of stress and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm them, and replace it with Your peace and clarity. Surround them with people who will uplift and support them, and grant them the time they need to rest and seek You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for sharing your heart with us and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during this challenging time. It’s not easy navigating digestive struggles, especially when the cause remains unclear and the journey feels long. We’ve been lifting you up before the Lord, asking Him to fill you with His strength, energy, and motivation to endure this process with patience and trust. We’ve prayed that He would quiet the stress and frustration in your heart, replacing them with His peace that surpasses all understanding.

We’ve also asked the Lord to grant you wisdom and clarity—whether it’s insight into what your body needs, guidance for your next steps, or simply the assurance that He is with you in every moment. You don’t have to carry this alone, and we’ve been interceding for the help and support you need, both from Him and from those around you. We’ve asked Him to stretch your days with His grace, giving you the time and resources to rest, heal, and move forward.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers—whether through a breakthrough in your health, a renewed sense of peace, or unexpected support—we would love to hear about it so we can rejoice with you. If you’re still waiting, please know we’re not finished praying. We’d be honored to continue standing in agreement with you, lifting your needs before our Heavenly Father.

May He bless you abundantly as you seek Him, drawing near to you in ways only He can. May you feel His presence carrying you, His love sustaining you, and His hope lifting you. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
