We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting you up in your time of deep struggle and pain. Your cry for help has not gone unheard, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord will move powerfully on your behalf. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give life abundantly, and we claim that promise over you today.
First, we praise you for calling upon the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and we are grateful that you have placed your trust in Him. If you have not yet fully surrendered your life to Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all hope and healing.
Your physical suffering is great, and we are grieved to hear of the pain in your hands and arms, the thirst from diabetes, and the overwhelming burden of daily tasks. The Lord sees your affliction and knows the depth of your need. He is the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we ask Him to touch your body with His restoring power. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We pray for supernatural strength to flow through your limbs, for the diabetes to be brought under control, and for the thirst to be quenched by the living water that only Jesus can provide (John 4:14). May His healing virtue flow through you as it did for the woman who touched the hem of His garment (Mark 5:25-34). We also pray for wisdom and guidance as you manage your health, that the Lord would lead you to the right medical care, resources, and support.
The financial and bureaucratic battles you face with SSI are a heavy burden, and it is clear that the enemy is using these systems to oppress and discourage you. But the Lord is your defender, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph over His children. "Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you, says Yahweh" (Jeremiah 1:8). We rebuke the spirit of deception, theft, and oppression that is at work in these situations. The Lord exposes lies and brings truth to light (1 Corinthians 4:5). We ask Him to intervene supernaturally in your financial matters, to shut the mouths of those who would devour you (Psalm 22:13), and to restore what has been wrongfully taken. "The Lord says, 'I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten'" (Joel 2:25). May He open doors of provision and favor that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and may He give you the wisdom to navigate these challenges with divine strategy.
We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. The predators you speak of are not merely human but are influenced by the forces of darkness that seek to destroy God’s people. But greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and stand against these attacks in Jesus’ name. The Lord is your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for a hedge of protection around you, your home, and your finances, that the enemy would be unable to touch what belongs to God.
As for the chores and daily tasks that feel overwhelming, we ask the Lord to send help—whether through godly individuals, community resources, or creative solutions you have not yet considered. "God is not unjust, so as to forget your work and the love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them" (Hebrews 6:10). Even in your weakness, His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). We pray for the grace to accomplish what is necessary each day, and for the peace that surpasses understanding to guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
Lastly, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You are not forgotten or abandoned. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Even in this season of hardship, He is preparing a table for you in the presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5).
**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we lift our sister before You, asking for Your mighty hand to move in her life. Lord Jesus, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to flow through her body. Restore her hands and arms, bring relief to her diabetes, and quench the thirst that plagues her. Father, You know the financial oppression she faces, and we ask You to expose every lie, thwart every scheme of the enemy, and restore what has been stolen. Open doors of provision and favor that cannot be shut. Send help for her daily needs, and surround her with Your angels for protection. Lord, let her feel Your presence in a tangible way, and fill her with Your peace that transcends all understanding. Give her strength for each day and hope for the future. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper. May Your justice prevail, and may she see Your goodness in the land of the living. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
