Difficult situation

We join with you in this difficult and heavy situation and we thank you for humbly coming before Almighty God and asking for His divine intervention, and we are encouraged that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.
We know how overwhelming it can feel when a burden is too heavy to carry alone, but God invites us to bring that very weight to Him. Scripture reminds us, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 and also casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. Jesus Himself says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. Your prayer for a solution that aligns with His perfect will is exactly what God desires, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You who is facing a situation that feels too heavy to bear. You see every detail of these circumstances and You know the weight upon this heart. We ask in the name of Jesus that You would step into this situation right now with Your mighty hand. Please ease this burden, grant wisdom where there is confusion, peace where there is anxiety, and strength where there is weakness. We ask that You bring a solution that is according to Your perfect will and not merely our own understanding. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. Remind this one that You are near, that You will strengthen and uphold with the right hand of Your righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. Help us to trust not in our own strength but to rest in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name and we trust You to act for Your glory and for good. Amen.

It is a good and wise thing that you have brought this heavy burden to the Lord rather than attempting to carry it in your own strength. There are seasons when the load is too heavy for any man to bear alone, and it is then that we prove the truth of that gracious invitation, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
You have asked for divine intervention and for a solution that aligns with His perfect will, and in that prayer you have prayed well. As surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, so His will is the great heart of providence sending its pulsings through even the most distant limbs of human act. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. It is therefore both humble and wise, when you say I will do this or that, to add in thought if not in words, If the Lord wills. No harm can come to you if you bow to God's sovereign sway, for He is King, willing to do as He pleases, having mercy on whom He will have mercy.
Scripture teaches us two truths together which meet your case. Every man shall bear his own burden, and yet we are commanded to bear ye one another's burdens. This is the marvelous community of the saints. You have a burden which is your own, which none can carry for you in the inner soul, and yet you are not left to bear it without help. The burden of care, of sin, of sorrow, is lightened when Christ's yoke is taken upon us, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light. The yoke of the world is heavy and cruel, but the yoke of Christ gives rest, and that rest He gives immediately, on the spot, to those who come to Him.
A little holy history is good reading for a heavy heart. Remember how the Lord has not left His purpose half accomplished in times past. He who has plucked a brand from the fire will not thrust it into the flame again. He will to the end carry on His work. His promise may tarry, but it never fails.

Thou art sovereign over all circumstances, and we ask Thee to step into these affairs according to Thy perfect and revealed will. Ease this burden as Thou seest best, give wisdom where there is perplexity, give strength where there is weakness, and bring forth a solution that promotes Thy glory and the good of this soul. Make Thy servant willing in the day of Thy power, and work in him to will and to do of Thy good pleasure. Let him find that Christ's yoke is easy and that rest is to be had by coming unto Him. We ask this not as those who would dispose without Thee, but as those who bow to Thy sovereign sway, saying, If the Lord wills, let it be so. The Lord Jesus Himself invites those who labor and are heavy laden to come to Him, saying take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For His yoke is easy and His burden is light. What weighs us down, whether anxiety, sorrow, disappointment or fear, can feel like a heavy weight upon the soul, but Christ promises rest not by removing every struggle at once, but by carrying it with us and shaping our hearts to trust Him.
We pray with you now that the Almighty God, who governs all things in wisdom and mercy, would intervene in your circumstances according to His perfect will.
