Difficult investment partner

My husband is meeting with a difficult investment partner. They initially offered to buy us out once all the problems with the investment came to a head. We could no longer take their behavior and wrote an email pointing out their behavior. The other party chose to hurl 11 pages of accusations and insults and do not recognize any of the contributions we made and continue to make for this investment. They do not want to take on the burden of their responsibility in the breakdown of this effort. Please pray for patience and guidance from our Lord through Jesus Christ for my husband and for the other party to calmly approach this breakdown, understand their responsibility in this breakdown and for both of them to seek an acceptable path forward.

Firstly, it's important to remember that God calls us to respond with patience and kindness, even when others act unreasonably. As it is written in Proverbs 15:1 WEB: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."

In situations like these, it's crucial to remain calm and collected, responding in a way that reflects Christ's love. Romans 12:17-19 WEB reminds us: "Respect what is right in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" As well as 1 Thessalonians 5:15 WEB "See that no one returns evil for evil to anyone, but always follow after that which is good, one toward another, and toward all men."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this difficult situation. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom to fill ### as he navigates this challenging investment partnership. Lord, grant him the patience and grace to respond with kindness and wisdom, reflecting Your love in all his interactions.

Father, we also pray for the other party involved. We ask that You soften their heart and open their eyes to see their responsibility in this breakdown. Lord, help them to approach this situation calmly and with a willingness to find a mutually acceptable path forward.

Lord, we know that You are the God of justice and peace. We trust in Your sovereignty over this situation and believe that You can bring resolution and healing. Father, guide ### and the other party to a solution that honors You and Your principles.

Lastly, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
