Developmental delay and infirmity be reversed

My ### years old son has developmental delay and seven months ago he was diagnosed with high blood pressure and kidney disease. I believe that what God cannot do does not exist, I pray that all these negativities in his life be completely reversed and let God crown it by blessing him with a good thing - a wife after God's heart ###.
