We join with you in prayer together in Jesus' name and we thank you for sharing your heart with us, including your desire to walk in the blessing of Deut 28:13 and your deep need for peace and protection for yourself, your family, and your pets.

We hear your cry to be the head and not the tail, to be highly favored, safe, secure, and protected, and to live a life you love in quiet peace without fear. We also hear the great trauma and psychological hurt you have endured and how it has made even singing and music feel unsafe and risky. We want to bring all of this before the Lord who sees you and loves you.

We want to gently speak truth in love about some of the language in your request. The Bible does not speak of favor or protection as an energy but as the grace and power of God at work in those who belong to Him through Jesus Christ. Our favor is not what the world sees as fun or nice energy, but the unmerited favor of God through Christ. And while spiritual warfare is real, our victory is not in replicas or games, but in the finished work of Jesus and in walking in truth and obedience. Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you will listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which we command you today, to observe and to do them, Deut 28:13. This blessing flows from belonging to Him and walking in His ways.

We also rejoice that you ended your request with the blood of Jesus, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His blood that we are protected and saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We cling to Him alone for our security.

We pray for your healing from trauma and for the fear that has made you feel targeted and overwhelmed. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Tim 1:7. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, Psalm 34:18. We ask the Lord to replace fear with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.

We do pray for your desire for a godly marriage and family life with strong morals. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman that honors God, and we pray that your household would be built on that foundation of love, faithfulness, and purity. We pray that your home would be marked by the fruit of the Spirit and not by fear.

We pray against every real work of the enemy in your life. We know that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4. Therefore we pray as scripture teaches, Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you, James 4:7. We ask God to cover you, your family, and even your beloved pets under His wings, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1. He cares for all His creation and He cares deeply for you.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You for our dear one who is hurting and weary. We ask You to wash them in the blood of Jesus and to let Your perfect love cast out all fear. We ask You to bind every plan of the enemy and to break every chain of psychological abuse and trauma. Give them Your peace, the peace which Jesus promised when He said Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, John 14:27, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:7. Heal their broken heart, renew their mind, and let them know they are highly favored not because of worldly energy but because they are Your child through Christ. Protect them, their family, and their pets, and let them dwell in safety and quietness without having to strive or perform. Teach them to rest in You, to find new quiet joys that bring You glory without fear, and to know that no Halloween, no creep, no spiritual darkness can control their life, their voice, or their future, for You are their refuge and fortress. Lead them into accurate truth, soundness of mind, and a life they love lived for Your glory. We ask that You surround them with wise, godly counsel and community to support their healing. We pray all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our peace, amen.

We encourage you to remain in the Word daily, to pray in Jesus' name, and to seek trusted pastoral and, if needed, professional Christian counseling to walk with you through this trauma toward wholeness. The Lord is your keeper and He will keep you in perfect peace as you keep your mind on Him, Isaiah 26:3.

When fear or overwhelming thoughts come up, it can help to have one or two safe people you can turn to quickly, a trusted pastor, counselor, or someone close who knows you, just to stay grounded and not carry it alone. If those feelings of being targeted or unsafe keep weighing on you, we encourage you to reach out for personal support alongside prayer.

We are holding you and your family and your pets before the Lord with care.

Father, we bring this dear one and their family and their cats to You. Cover them with Your peace and keep them safe. Quiet the fear and trauma they have carried and help them find rest, wisdom and steady support in the days ahead. Lead them to people and help that can walk with them gently. The peace which God promises is not wrought by speaking words into existence as though our utterance could compel blessing, but is kept for those whose mind is stayed upon Him because they trust in Him. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is a present possession and may be enjoyed in the ordinary circumstances of life, even when sorrows surge around and when duties press hard.

There is comfort for a heart that has known fear and trauma and that longs for quiet safety for yourself and for your family and for the creatures entrusted to your care. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within. It is that touch of personal faith which brings peace to the soul. Being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and being accepted in the Beloved we are kept in His keeping. In Jesus keeping we are safe, and they also whom we love are safe.

You speak of monsters and darkness and games that have haunted you. Hear the better word. Christ has delivered us from worse enemies and saved us by a greater salvation. Deliverance from the power of darkness and deliverance from the guilt of sin are alike the work of God alone. He has found a ransom, and that ransom is Christ Himself. Jesus has vanquished death and all its powers, and where we look for justification there must we also look for sanctification and for daily keeping. No one can share the honor of that deliverance with God, for He alone brought them forth, and He makes that deliverance effectual.

There is also healing in Him. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. When He dwells with His people, their life blood is changed and their nature is made new. Acquaint yourself with God and be at peace. Meditate on His law day and night, and you shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water. We go rambling round and round to find peace, but we find it better at home in our closets with our God.

You need not be loud to be heard by Him. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. He does not measure your love by singing or by music, and if the remembrance of those things now brings fear and risk, you may serve Him quietly and still be fully accepted. He hears the secret prayer and the silent trust. Bear your sorrow with Him, and you will enjoy peace even with loved ones far away and with earthly struggles pressing near, for He calls His people at last to Heaven's perfect peace.

May the Lord grant you to trust Christ alone for salvation, for there is no other name by which we are saved, and to rest in Him as your righteousness and your healer. May He keep your mind stayed upon Himself, deliver you from all fear and from the power of darkness, and give you quietness and safety in your home. May He establish your household in His peace, according to His good design for marriage and family, and guard you and yours, with all that He has entrusted to you, under the covering of the blood of Jesus, and make His Word your daily meditation and your song of deliverance.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life.
