Destruction Of A Family

I just found out that my brother is considering hiring a lawyer to sue my father over his business deal. The land is 24% his and 24% mine. That gives dad controlling interest, but he will claim breach of promise and mental incapacity. Worse of all, we are ALL still living under the same roof! My dad is not known for even temperment in the first place. Obviously this would destroy our family. Please pray for a peaceful resolution to this problem. The best thing would be if the deal dad is planning falls through and he give in and sells the land as he had promised. If not, this will destroy our family, and not just my brother. Dad would take it out on mom and me as well, because we cannot lie under oath for dad. Pray this is the beginning of a great miracle.
