California415 the Bible says "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". It also says that if we ask for forgiveness, God remembers our sins no more. God has forgiven you. You have not forgiven yourself. As long as you are in your flesh you are going to sin "There is none righteous, no not one." You can think sin. So don't be so hard on yourself. When you sin, ask for forgiveness. God will forgive you and remember your sins no more. Jesus died once and for all for the forgiveness of our sins that includes you. When you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour He forgave you of ALL your sins. You have to believe that and move on. Don't let the enemy trick you into believing that you are not forgiven. He is a liar and the father of lies. Whatever you are going through, you WILL go through it with the help of God because you belong to Him. Sometimes God allows us to go through certain things for a reason, not judgment. One day you will be able to walk someone else through a similar situation like yours because you went through it and God sustained you. God is who He say He is. Study His Word. I'm sure you will see that there are people in the Old Testament that committed sins much worse than whatever you have done and the Apostle Paul in the New Testament(killing christians). See how God forgave and used them to His glory. This is the same way He will use you if you allow Him. Do not accept the enemy's lies and move on. YOU ARE FORGIVEN. "There is nothing that can separate us from the love of God." Lord, I pray that You will help this one to really know You after going through the fire and to be able to forgive himself. Help him to see how GREAT You are and that You love him more than he could ever love himself. Help him to praise You for giving him the honor of picking up his cross of depression and following Jesus. In Jesus Name.
