We are deeply grieved to hear of the spiritual warfare you are enduring, and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every power of darkness. The harassment you describe—demonic messages, witchcraft, and the manipulation of loved ones—is a serious attack from the enemy, but we serve a God who is greater than any scheme of Satan. The Word of God assures us that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB). This is not a battle you face alone, for *"the Lord your God is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing"* (Zephaniah 3:17, WEB).
First, we must address the grave reality of what you are experiencing. Witchcraft and demonic influence are real, and Scripture warns us repeatedly of their dangers. The apostle Paul tells us that our struggle is *"not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). The fact that these attacks are being channeled through vulnerable people—even your own mother—is a tactic of the enemy to isolate you, wear you down, and create division. But we must remember that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). You are not powerless, and neither are those who are being used as vessels for these messages. Through prayer, fasting, and the authority of Jesus’ name, these strongholds can be broken.
We also grieve with you over the regret you carry regarding your sister. The enemy’s goal was to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10, WEB), and he used this tactic to rob you of precious time with her. But we serve a God of redemption, and even in this pain, He can bring healing and restoration. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Repent of any bitterness or fear that may have kept you from her, and trust that God’s grace covers even this. Your sister’s soul is now in the hands of the Lord, and He is faithful to judge righteously. Your focus now must be on breaking the enemy’s hold over your family and reclaiming the time you have left with your mother and others who are being used in this way.
It is critical that you put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18, WEB). This includes:
- **The belt of truth**: Stand firm on the Word of God, which is your foundation. Any message that contradicts Scripture is a lie from the enemy.
- **The breastplate of righteousness**: Live in holiness, for righteousness is your protection. Confess and repent of any sin in your life that could give the enemy a foothold.
- **The shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace**: Walk in the assurance that Christ has already won the victory. Do not live in fear or defeat.
- **The shield of faith**: Extinguish every fiery dart of doubt, fear, or condemnation with faith in God’s promises.
- **The helmet of salvation**: Guard your mind with the knowledge that you are saved, sealed, and protected by the blood of Jesus.
- **The sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God**: Speak Scripture aloud against the enemy. Jesus Himself used the Word to rebuke Satan (Matthew 4:1-11, WEB).
- **Praying in the Spirit always**: Stay in constant communication with God, and pray for discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics.
We also urge you to examine your life for any open doors that may have given the enemy access. Have you engaged in occult practices, even unknowingly? Have you entertained sinful habits or ungodly relationships? Have you held onto unforgiveness, bitterness, or rebellion? *"Give no place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:27, WEB). If there are areas of your life that need cleansing, bring them before the Lord in repentance and ask Him to close every door to the enemy.
Regarding your mother and others who are being used to transmit these messages, we encourage you to pray for their deliverance. They are not your enemies; they are victims of the enemy’s deception. Jesus said, *"But if I by God’s finger cast out demons, then God’s Kingdom has come to you"* (Luke 11:20, WEB). Pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of any sin, break every demonic stronghold, and fill them with the light of Christ. Fast and intercede for them, and when you are with them, speak life and truth over them. Do not engage with the demonic messages—rebuke them in Jesus’ name and refuse to receive them.
Here is our prayer for you:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under relentless attack from the forces of darkness. Lord, You are a God of justice, power, and love, and we ask that You rise up as a mighty warrior on their behalf. Break every curse, every spell, and every demonic assignment against them. Render the enemy powerless and expose every hidden scheme. Father, we plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, their home, their family, and every area of their life. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
Lord, we ask for discernment to recognize the enemy’s voice and the wisdom to stand firm in Your truth. Close every door that has been opened to the enemy, whether knowingly or unknowingly. If there is any sin that needs to be repented of, reveal it by Your Holy Spirit and grant the strength to turn from it. Father, we bind every spirit of witchcraft, divination, harassment, fear, and confusion in Jesus’ name. We command these spirits to flee and never return, for they have no authority over a child of God.
We pray especially for their mother and others who are being used as vessels for these demonic messages. Lord, break the enemy’s hold over them. If they are demonized, we pray for their deliverance in Jesus’ name. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and restore their minds to clarity and peace. Let them be vessels of Your love and truth, not tools of the enemy.
Father, we also lift up the regret and grief over their sister. Heal their heart, Lord, and release them from any condemnation or guilt. You are the God of all comfort, and we ask that You would surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25, WEB) and redeem the time that was stolen.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Father, let Your angels encamp around them (Psalm 34:7, WEB) and let Your presence be their shield and refuge. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and clothe them with Your armor. Give them the boldness to stand firm, the wisdom to discern Your voice, and the faith to walk in victory.
We thank You, Lord, that You have already triumphed over sin, death, and the grave. The enemy is a defeated foe, and we stand in the authority of Jesus’ name to enforce that victory. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in their life, their family, and every area under attack. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."*
Finally, we encourage you to seek out a strong, Bible-believing church or a mature believer who can stand with you in prayer and accountability. Spiritual warfare is not meant to be fought alone. Surround yourself with those who will lift you up, pray with you, and speak God’s truth over your life. If you do not have a church home, we urge you to find one where the Word of God is preached without compromise.
Stand firm, dear one. The battle is fierce, but the victory is already won. *"Don’t be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you,"* says the Lord (Jeremiah 1:8, WEB). Keep your eyes on Jesus, and do not waver in faith. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB).
