We join with you in prayer for deliverance and healing for you and for your son, and we stand together in the name of Jesus Christ seeking God's will and protection over your lives.
We know the burden that comes from feeling oppressed by curses or spiritual attack, but we take comfort in what Scripture tells us. There is no curse that can remain over those who are in Christ Jesus, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. We are reminded that there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1 and that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. The enemy seeks to bring fear, but God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. When we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, he will flee from us James 4:7. We do not need to live in fear of curses, for if we belong to Jesus, we are a new creation, the old things have passed away, behold all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17. So we rebuke any spoken curse, any intended harm, and any spiritual oppression directed against you and your son, and we declare that it has no authority and is broken now in Jesus' name.
We also lift up your son's physical and emotional needs. We pray for safe and healthy weight loss for him, knowing that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in us, which we have from God, and we are to glorify God in our body and in our spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray that God will give him wisdom, self-control, and strength to steward his body well, to honor God in all he does, whether he eats or drinks or whatever he does, to do all to the glory of God 1 Corinthians 10:31. We ask for healing from past hurts as well, for our God heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We know that by His wounds we have been healed 1 Peter 2:24, and that He can restore what has been broken and bring peace to painful memories.

In Jesus' name we rebuke and break every curse, every word spoken against our sister and her son, and every scheme of the enemy, and we declare that they are ended now and have no power over them. We plead the blood of Jesus over them and ask for Your hedge of protection around them. Lord, we lift up this dear son to You. We ask that You guide him to lose weight safely and in a healthy way, give him discipline and encouragement, and let his health be restored for Your glory. We ask that You touch his heart and heal him from all past hurts, wounds, rejection, and pain, and replace them with Your peace and love which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Let him know how deeply he is loved and valued by You. We pray that both mother and son will draw closer to You, walk in freedom, and know the joy of belonging fully to Christ. There is a mercy seat to which you may bring every burden, and your prayer for deliverance and healing is heard there.
We join you in asking the Lord to show His mighty arm on behalf of you and your son. Deliverance from cruel captivity must be worked by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, and He will not share His honor with another. As it is written, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, that the blessing might come upon us. The book of the law curses every transgressor, but our Lord Jesus was made sin for us and bore that curse upon the tree, being our ransom. No curse can stand against those who are in Him, for God has found a ransom and the price has been paid in blood. We pray that every evil word or power spoken against you and your son would be shown to be empty and ended now in Christ, and that you would rest in the perfect deliverance which He has wrought, for He brings forth His own and none of them shall perish.
We pray also for healing, for the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and when He comes to dwell with us, pardon and healing are one. May the Lord who pardons sin also bind up past hurts, and cause the sorrow of the past to be remembered no more. May He change the life blood and make the nature new, pouring out His healing streams upon your son's heart and body. For his physical health, we ask the Lord to grant wisdom, strength and grace to lose weight safely, to care for the body as the temple of God, with temperance and soundness, and to know that sickness rightly seen may yet bring health, and chastening may work for good in the hands of a faithful Father who measures every trial in weight and measure, yet not in anger but from covenant love.

We join you in prayer and bring your request before the Lord with thanksgiving that we can come to Him through Jesus Christ alone.
We pray that every curse spoken against you and your son would have no power and be brought to an end in Christ. Scripture teaches that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, and that there is now no condemnation for those who are in Him. Where there has been fear or oppression or words spoken to harm you, we ask God to break their hold completely and to establish you in the freedom and blessing that belong to those who trust in Jesus by faith. May His protection and peace rest upon your home.
We also lift up your son to the Lord for his physical health. We ask God to grant him wisdom and strength to lose weight safely, to care for his body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, and to find help that is sound and life giving. Pray that the Lord would give guidance to any doctors or counselors involved, and give him steadiness and self control day by day, so that his health may be restored without harm.
