We join together with you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ for you and for your son, and we bring these needs before our Heavenly Father.
We want to address first that your request speaks of curses, and we want to remind you that for those who are in Christ, no curse has ultimate power over us. Scripture tells us Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13 and that He delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love Colossians 1:13. We do not need to live in fear of curses spoken against us, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and of self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 and No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17. If there has been any involvement with occult practices, speaking curses, or seeking spiritual help outside of Jesus, we encourage you to renounce those things and turn fully to Christ, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we thank You that You are our refuge and our deliverer. We declare that every curse, every word spoken against this dear one and her son is broken and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus shed on the cross. We ask that You cover them with Your protection and fill them with Your peace, knowing that there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1. Let them walk in the freedom Christ has purchased and let no fear remain.
Lord, we also lift up her son to You for his physical and emotional needs. We pray for safe and healthy weight loss for him, according to Your will. Help him to honor You with his body, for we know that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in us 1 Corinthians 6:19 and we pray as the apostle prayed, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. Give him wisdom, self-control, and strength to make healthy choices, to be disciplined in eating and activity, and to do so in a safe and balanced way that brings life and not harm. Let him know his worth is in You and not in any number on a scale.
Father, we also ask for deep healing from past hurts for this young man. You see every wound and every sorrow he has carried. We ask You to heal the broken in heart, and bind up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Teach him to cast all his worries on You, because You care for him 1 Peter 5:9. Where there has been rejection, pain, or trauma, pour out Your comfort and restore his soul. Help him to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to receive Your love that casts out fear.
We thank You, Lord, that You hear our prayer and that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun. We trust You to bring deliverance, health, and wholeness in Your perfect timing. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We have carried your request before the Lord and join you in seeking His gracious deliverance and healing.
There is a true curse which rests upon all who have broken the law of God, and there is a true deliverance from it, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. We do not look to any charm or spoken malediction as having power over those who are in Christ, but we look to Him who bore the curse in our place upon the tree, that we might be free indeed. In Him there is a ransom found, a price paid with His own blood, by which slaves are bought and brought forth out of captivity. As Israel was brought forth when the lamb was slain, so every soul that trusts in the Lamb of God is brought forth by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone.
We pray that you and your son may know this deliverance effectually, that every chain of sin and darkness and fear may be broken, and that you may find peace within your borders through the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ. May you be kept in the hollow of His hand and know that He who has begun a good work will perfect it.
We pray also for your son according to your burden for him. We ask the Lord, who is the great Physician, to grant him healing in body and in soul. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings, and the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, not only for pardon of sin but for the sorrows and wounds that past hurts have left upon the heart. Pardon and healing are one in His hands. We ask that the Lord would heal the memories of former griefs, that He would give quietness of spirit, and that the joy of pardon would make past sorrow to be remembered no more.
For his bodily health we pray that the Lord would give wisdom and grace for safe and steady care of the body which is His temple, that strength may be renewed and health restored by temperate and prudent means, and that he may be sustained day by day without harm. We pray that he may live and declare the works of the Lord, and find his life enriched by that deliverance which comes with silver and gold, even the unsearchable riches of Christ.
May the Lord be gracious to you both, blot out all past sin through the blood of the ransom, and cause you to rejoice that the time of deliverance has come by His free grace alone. We commend you to Him who alone can keep you from falling and bring you forth into liberty.
We will continue to pray that you both walk in the full assurance of His redemption, in soundness of health and in wholeness of heart, to the praise of His glory. Amen.

We join you in prayer before our Lord Jesus Christ for deliverance and healing for you and your son. Scripture teaches that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, so that in Him we receive blessing and freedom. We pray that every curse spoken against you and your son would be broken and have no power, and that you both would stand firm in the protection and peace that belong to those who are in Christ.
We lift up your son for physical health. We ask God to grant him wisdom, strength and self control to lose weight safely and steadily, with good counsel and healthy habits that honor God and care for the body He has given. May the Lord guide him and those who help him, give patience in the process, and restore his strength.
We also pray for healing from past hurts. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and He binds up wounds. We ask Him to heal memories and sorrows, to wash away bitterness and fear, and to fill your hearts with His comfort and hope. As we hear His word continually and keep it in remembrance, He builds fortitude within us and delivers us from what weighs us down.
