Thank you for sharing this burden for yourself and your son. I have prayed for you both and want to offer some biblical encouragement for each part of your request.
In Scripture the curses you mention are described very clearly. When the law was given, curses were pronounced from Mount Ebal upon those who disobeyed the law of God, and the people were to answer so be it, acknowledging that the judgment was right. As Moses continued in Deuteronomy 28 he explained the condition, if you will hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord your God, blessing would follow, but if not, all these curses would come upon the disobedient. The warning is solemn and it shows how serious sin is before a holy God.
The good news of the gospel is that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, has borne that curse for us. The Father sent His only begotten Son, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive adoption as sons. Galatians says Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. No one knows the Father except those to whom the Son reveals Him, and when we acknowledge the Son we have the Father also. If you have trusted in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, you are not under those curses any longer. You are an adopted child of God, and the Spirit of His Son cries in your heart, Abba, Father. There is no need to live in fear that some spoken curse still has power over you or your son. In Christ it is broken, and you can rest in His finished work. My prayer is that you will continue in the Son and in the Father, abiding in the truth you have heard from the beginning, and walk in the freedom and peace that He gives.
For your son I have prayed for safe and steady help with his weight and for healing from past hurts. I believe Jesus cares about physical healing as well as spiritual healing. Sometimes healing is immediate, but often God works through gradual processes that He Himself has established in our bodies. Any true healing is divine, whether it comes quickly or step by step through wisdom, discipline, and natural means that God has created. Pray for wisdom for doctors, for healthy habits, for strength to persevere, and trust the Lord to work in His way and timing. Weight that is lost safely and gradually honors the body God has given.
I have also prayed for healing of the wounds left by past hurts. The Lord not only heals the body but heals the mind and emotions, the scars and memories that remain. He understands the pain of a parent watching a child struggle, and He draws near to heal those inner places as we bring them honestly to Him.
May the Lord confirm to you that in Jesus you are free from every curse, may He guide your son toward health in a safe and lasting way, and may He bring deep healing to both of your hearts as you keep trusting in the Son. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, that you will know His presence, His protection, and His restoring power day by day.
