We hear your heart for deliverance for you and your son and we stand with you in prayer for freedom, for health, and for healing from past hurts.
We want to remind you that for those who are in Christ, no curse has ultimate power over us. Scripture tells us Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree. Galatians 3:13. We do not need to live in fear of curses spoken against us, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 and No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh's servants, and their righteousness which is of me, says Yahweh. Isaiah 54:17. We rebuke any fear and any assignment of the enemy against you and your son, and we declare that through the blood of Jesus every chain is broken and every curse is rendered powerless.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently remind you that it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved and delivered. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for in Him we have redemption, deliverance, and peace with God.
We also lift up your son before the Lord for his physical health and for his heart. God cares about our bodies, for we are told Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray that God will give your son wisdom and strength to steward his body well and to lose weight safely in a way that honors God, with self control, healthy habits, and perseverance, and we pray Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2 over him.
For the hurts of the past, we know the Lord is close to the brokenhearted. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. We pray for deep inner healing, that any bitterness, rejection, shame, or pain would be healed by the love of Christ, and that your son would know his identity and worth in Him.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that Christ has redeemed us from every curse and that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We rebuke every curse, every word spoken against this dear one and her son, and we declare that they have no power over them because they are covered by the blood of Jesus. We ask for Your protection, Your peace, and Your deliverance to rest upon this family now. Lord, we lift up this son to You. We ask for Your hand upon his body, that You would help him to lose weight safely and healthfully, giving him discipline, guidance from wise counsel and medical help where needed, and strength to care for the temple You have given him. Heal his heart, Father, from every past hurt, every wound and memory that still brings pain. Pour out Your comfort, restore his joy, and renew his mind by Your Spirit. Let him walk in freedom, in health, and in the knowledge of Your unfailing love. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our deliverer and healer. Amen.
We encourage you both to continue walking closely with the Lord, staying in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers. Speak Scripture aloud over your home, forgive those who have hurt you as Christ has forgiven you, and trust that God is faithful to complete the healing and deliverance He has begun.

We join with you in bringing this burden before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to show His mighty power to deliver and to heal.
There is no curse that can stand against those who are in Christ Jesus, for it is written that Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. He bore the penalty in His own body that we might go free. Whatever has been spoken against you and your son, we pray that the Lord will make it of no effect, and that you both will rest in the deliverance which comes by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, through the ransom found in His Son. He brings forth His people with a strong hand, and not one of His little ones shall perish.
We pray also for your son, that the Lord who formed his body will grant him health and strength. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon him with healing in His wings, and may the leaves of the tree of life, which are for the healing of the nations, bring virtue to his body and soul. We ask for wisdom and grace for safe and steady loss of weight, for discipline and peace in daily habits, and for a soundness of body that may enable him to serve the Lord with vigor.
And for the hurts of the past, we remember that the Lord heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. Man may wound, and sermons and sorrows may break the heart, but God alone must heal it. We pray that every old wound would be touched by the pardoning and healing hand of Jesus, who first says, Thy sins are forgiven thee, and then makes the palsied to walk. May the bitterness of what is past be forgotten in the joy of present pardon and the hope of glory.
May you both look to Jesus alone for salvation, for there is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved, and may you find Him to be your deliverance, your healer, and your peace. We commend you to His free grace, which alone can do all things for you.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You.
