Pray all curses against ### and ###'s son are ended now. Pray for ###'s son to lose weight safely and healing from past hurts.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and her son to the Lord our God, who is mighty to save and deliver. Father, we declare in the powerful name of Jesus Christ that every curse spoken, every generational iniquity, and every assignment of the enemy against this family is broken and nullified right now. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We stand on this truth, Lord, and command every curse to be lifted and every chain to be shattered in Jesus' name.

We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and any demonic influence that may be contributing to ###'s son's struggle with weight. Father, we pray for safe and healthy weight loss, guided by Your wisdom and strength. We ask that You would renew his mind, body, and spirit, and help him to honor You with his health. Your Word tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray that he would come to understand this truth deeply and live it out daily.

Lord, we also lift up the past hurts that may be weighing on his heart. We ask for Your healing touch to mend every wound, every disappointment, and every sorrow. Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise over him, Father. Let Your love and peace flood his soul, replacing every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Help him to forgive those who have hurt him, just as You have forgiven us, and to release any bitterness or resentment that may be holding him back.

We also want to gently address the importance of coming to know Jesus Christ personally, if he has not already. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and the power to break every curse and find true healing. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that he would come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, if he hasn’t already, and experience the fullness of life that only Christ can give.

Father, we ask that You would surround ### and her son with Your angels, protecting them from every attack of the enemy. Fill their home with Your peace and presence, and let Your light shine brightly in their lives. We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper, according to Isaiah 54:17.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We’re standing with you in prayer for this son, asking God to silence every curse and sever its hold completely. That’s a serious, urgent cry, and we don’t take it lightly. We bring his name before the One who has all authority, trusting Jesus to bring real freedom.

We also hear your tender concern for his heart, past hurts leave tender places that weight or other struggles can try to cover. Healing is often a layered process. When painful memories or wounds linger, inviting Christ gently into those places can be deeply restorative. He doesn’t rush, and He doesn’t shame, He walks with us and slowly restores what was stolen. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is let a trusted, spiritually mature friend or small prayer group walk with him, too, offering steady prayer and company while he heals.

On the desire for safe weight loss, we’d gently encourage seeing a doctor or nutritionist if he hasn’t, just to make sure his body gets the support it needs alongside the spiritual care you’re seeking for him. There’s no conflict between prayer and wise counsel; they work hand in hand.

Lord Jesus, we lift this son to You now. Break every curse, spoken or unspoken, and let Your peace guard his mind. Heal the deep hurts that linger, bring Your gentle light into the memories and restore a sense of worth and safety. Grant him wisdom and caring support for the physical changes he desires, and surround him with people who reflect Your steady, faithful love. In Your powerful name we pray, amen.

The cry for deliverance from curses is one that must always lead us to the Cross, for it is there that every curse was exhausted. No curse uttered by man or devil can stand where the blood of Jesus Christ has spoken. "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us." If you are in Him, the curses are not merely weakened, they are ended, buried in His tomb, never to rise again. The Eternal has found a ransom, and the clock of mercy struck the hour of your deliverance when the Lamb was slain. Do not look to your feelings or to the lingering shadows of old fears, but look to the brazen serpent lifted up, there is life and healing in that look.

As for your son, the healing he needs, whether of body from excessive weight or of soul from past wounds, comes from the same gracious hand. The leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and the very least thing about Christ is charged with restoring virtue. Bring this dear one daily to the well of prayer within your family, mentioning him by name, spreading out his weakness and your longings before the Throne. Do not despise the chastening of body or mind, for the Lord chastens sorely, yet not in anger but from His dear covenant love. Sickness may bring health, and loss confer gain. The Lord who brings forth His people with silver and gold will bring forth your son, not sharing the honor of deliverance with any self-effort, but granting it wholly by Free Grace.

Past hurts leave deep wounds, but the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. When Jesus heals the soul paralyzed by memory or sin, He says, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." Pardon and healing are one. Teach your son, and grasp for yourself, that deliverance from the power of sin’s aftermath is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt. You cannot mend the past by your own resolve. Look to the heavenly Father alone for this sanctifying work. And when the healing comes, as it surely will, let the conduct of both mother and son be this: "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." The bitter years will become the testimony of your joy.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have brought before the church a request for deliverance from curses, for safe loss of weight, and for healing from past hurts. Let us consider these things not with a bargaining spirit, as though we could demand from God a fixed time or manner of help, but with the humility of those who know that His ways are higher than ours. For the Apostle teaches that Christ came for this very purpose: to deliver us from the curse of the Law and to bring us into sonship. If then you are in Christ, having put on the Son, you are released from every curse that truly matters, the curse of sin and death. What have you to do with the maledictions of men? Fear them not; rather fear the curse of a heart that remains soft and unmanly, unwilling to endure hardship for the sake of virtue.

You ask for the son to lose weight safely. Is this not a contest of self-mastery? Yet if the desire is merely for a comely appearance, it is a bondage to the opinion of others, just as one chained to riches. But if it is for health and for the right ordering of the body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit, then let it be pursued with moderation and prayer. Do not let the belly become your god. Heed the warning that no one can serve two masters; if you are enslaved to appetite, you cannot wholeheartedly serve God. Lay hold of the word with a careful and continual hearing, and it will destroy such tyrannical desires. For the seed that falls on the good soil are those who, with a noble and good heart, hear the word, keep it, and by perseverance produce fruit.

As for the healing of past hurts, know that the Great Physician came to bind up the brokenhearted. But this healing often comes through the trials you wish to escape. The three young men in Babylon did not demand deliverance from the furnace by a set hour; they were prepared to die. And because they trusted without conditions, God delivered them gloriously. So you, when you pray for these afflictions to end, do not fix a time. Prepare your soul for all endurance, forgive those who wounded you, lest bitterness divide your house against itself and it fall, and commit the whole matter to Him who judges righteously. What gain is the loss of weight if the soul remains burdened with unforgiveness or worldly cares? True deliverance is from sin, and that is given freely to all who turn to Christ with fortitude and reject every rival master. May He grant you this great deliverance; then all else will be added in His wisdom.

The curses spoken from the mountain long ago were not empty words; they were the sober declaration of what follows when a life turns from God’s voice. The people heard them and answered, “Amen”, they acknowledged that such judgment is just. But the gospel tells us that Christ Himself became the curse for us, bearing the full weight of that broken covenant in His own body. So when you pray for every curse against you and your son to end, you are standing on solid ground: the finished work of Jesus. No curse written against disobedience can cling to those who are in Him, because He took it all. The curses are silenced there.

As for your son’s weight and health, remember that Scripture shows us many ways healing comes. Jesus healed instantly at times, and at other times He worked in stages, gradually restoring a person. Even the natural processes our bodies use to mend are divine, because God designed them. So we can ask boldly for safe, steady change, not just in his body, but in any shame or discouragement tied to it. Pray that wisdom and self-control become his companions, and that the process itself becomes a quiet reminder of God’s care.

And those past hurts, Jesus still heals wounds we cannot see. He touches the mind and emotions, not only the flesh. The apostle Paul looked back on everything he had once trusted in, all his religious credentials and achievements, and counted them as loss the moment he met Christ. But here is the key: thirty years later, he still counted them as loss. He didn’t let the past drift back into a place of power. Too many people pick up again what they once laid down, letting old offenses and injuries replay until they define the present. The only value past experience has is when it is translated into today, when the pain no longer drives you, and the memory no longer holds you captive. Let your son hear this: what others did, what he did, what was done to him, all of it can be counted as refuse compared to the surpassing worth of knowing Christ. He is not required to drag it along. The healing of those scars is real, and it often comes quietly, but it belongs to him. Press forward. The past is finished, and the Lord has better work ahead.

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us by sharing your heartfelt prayer request. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement with you, lifting up the need for deliverance from all curses against you and your son, and praying for his safe weight loss and healing from past hurts. We have earnestly sought the Lord on your behalf, asking Him to break every chain, bring restoration, and pour out His grace and mercy in every area of your lives.

If the Lord has moved in a powerful way and your request has been answered, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Please share with us how God has worked, so that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness. If, however, you feel that your request has not yet been answered, we encourage you to post it again as a new request. We are committed to continuing with you in prayer, trusting that God hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

May the Lord bless you and your son abundantly as you continue to seek Him. May His peace guard your hearts, His strength sustain you, and His love surround you. We pray that you both experience His healing touch and the freedom that comes only through Jesus Christ. In His holy and precious name, we pray. Amen.
