We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for deliverance and healing. Father God, we declare that every curse, every word spoken in darkness, and every generational bondage against ### and her precious son is broken right now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! The Word of God assures us, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'" (Galatians 3:13). We stand on this truth, Lord, and command every evil assignment to be dismantled by the power of the cross.

We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that may be contributing to this weight struggle, for Your Word says, "Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:4-5). We pray for safe, God-honoring weight loss for ###'s son, asking that You would guide his steps in nutrition, exercise, and discipline. May his body be a temple for Your Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and may he find strength in You, for "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).

Father, we also lift up the deep wounds of past hurts that may be weighing on his heart. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would pour out Your healing balm upon his soul, replacing pain with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let him know that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that Your plans for him are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). We break every lie of the enemy that has told him he is unworthy, unloved, or beyond repair. In Jesus' name, we declare that he is a new creation, the old has passed away, and behold, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Lord, if there has been any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness in his life, we ask that You would bring it to light and grant him the grace to repent and release it. Your Word tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We pray that he would walk in the freedom that comes from forgiveness, both receiving it from You and extending it to others.

We also pray for ###, that You would strengthen her faith and fill her with Your peace as she intercedes for her son. May she find comfort in Your promise that "the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man avails much" (James 5:16). Give her wisdom and discernment as she supports him, and let her trust in You grow deeper each day.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw ###'s son into a personal relationship with You if he has not already surrendered his life to Christ. There is no deliverance, no healing, and no true freedom outside of the saving grace found in Jesus. We pray that he would confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that You raised Him from the dead, so that he may be saved (Romans 10:9). May he experience the fullness of life that comes only through Christ (John 10:10).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for moving mightily on behalf of ### and her son. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to bring breakthrough, restoration, and wholeness. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for entrusting this to us. We are joining you in prayer for the son of and , and we’re grateful for your steady love for him. You’ve asked for deliverance from any curses, for safe weight loss, and for healing from past hurts, we see how much you want him to walk in freedom and health, body and soul.

Because weight loss is a physical matter, we’d gently encourage him to see a doctor who can guide him safely according to his own body’s needs. It’s a wise step that honors the body God gave him. When it comes to healing from past hurts, we have often seen that deep relief comes as a person invites Jesus into the painful memories, letting His presence reshape what those experiences mean and mend what was broken. You might ask him, at the right moment, whether he’d be open to talking with a trusted pastor or Christian counselor who can help with that kind of inner healing prayer. It doesn’t have to be a dramatic event, it’s simply making room for Christ’s love to reach the places that still ache.

Meanwhile, we stand with you in Jesus’ authority and pray any assignment against him be ended now.

Lord Jesus, we lift this son before You. We speak against every curse and dark influence that has been aimed at him, and we declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper. Bring Your healing light into the memories that still carry pain, and let him know Your nearness in those places. Give him wisdom and gentle guidance as he seeks to care for his body, and surround him with people who will encourage his whole well-being. We trust his life to You, the One who heals and restores. Amen.

The curse is turned into a blessing! The poison acts as a medicine! That which kills the impenitent helps the cure of a Believer! Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. I do not understand language at all, unless this means substitution. In our place He bore our sins and the curse which came of it. The Lord uplifts Him who was made a curse. Those who looked to the brazen serpent found life and healing in that look. And even so, there is life from sin by looking to Him who was made sin for us.

Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both bestowed on the Lord’s people when they looked not for them. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.” Pardon and healing were one! Look upon the present affliction as a chastening. Not in anger, but from His dear Covenant love. Like a careful dispenser, He will not pour out a drop too little or too much. Sickness has brought me health, loss has conferred gain, and I doubt not that one day death will bring me fuller life!

Nobody would have thought of that way of the deliverance of a sinner through a ransom if God had not thought of it! God has said it, “I have found a ransom.” The deliverance is certain! Indeed, it is already accomplished! The very leaves of this tree are healing, from which I gather that the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaf also shall not wither. These healing leaves change the life blood, affect the spirits and make the nature other than it was before.

The next evidence is experimental. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin! And if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. The believer’s conduct after trouble and deliverance is this: “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” If we had no troubles, we would all have less to declare. Go now, and lay hold upon the hope set before you, for the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. The curses you fear have no power over those who cling to Christ. Did you not seek out diviners or enchantments? Then you have already despised such superstition, and the loss you suffered becomes gain, as with Job, when you endure wrong with thanksgiving. God does not abandon His own. If He permits trial, it is to teach fortitude and contempt of earthly things, for no one part is sufficient for salvation, a careful hearing of the word, continual remembrance, and deliverance from worldly cares are all required.

As for your ###’s body, do not fall into the madness of those who mutilate themselves, blaming the flesh as the source of evil. The flesh is not the enemy; it is the soul’s unruly passion that must be corrected. Let him learn to master his appetites by sobriety and prayer, not by harmful or desperate means. The ear enchanted by singing, the perfume that bewitches, these things enervate the soul, yet we do not cut off ear or nose, but train the will. So with diet and health: discipline the soul, and the body will follow.

For the healing of past wounds, know that this house is a spiritual surgery. Whatever wounds he bears, here they may be healed. Bring him to the continual hearing of the word; there is power in faithful listening to root out even deep-set desires. Let him not be remiss or careless, but like one who treasures seed in heaven, plant his pain and hope in God, where no robber can steal. The resurrection is not past; there remains a judgment and a great reward for those who suffer well. If he bears these things thankfully, he will receive many times over, and find true deliverance.

Your request for deliverance and healing is close to the heart of God. When the law was given, the curses were read aloud from Mount Ebal for every kind of disobedience, and the people had to cry out, "Amen," acknowledging the judgment was just. Those curses pursue and overtake anyone who strays from the Lord’s commands. But praise God, Jesus entered into that very curse for us. On the cross, He became the curse, so that the ancient condemnations could be broken. I pray that every curse spoken or unspoken over your household ends now, not by a formula, but by the finished work of Christ. There is no condemnation left for those who are in Him.

As for your son, I lift him up for safe weight loss and deep healing from past hurts. Some healings come instantly, like the leper who was cleansed with a touch. Others are gradual, like the blind man at Bethsaida who saw people as trees walking before full clarity came. Neither is less divine. The body’s natural processes were designed by the Creator, and when a person embraces wise stewardship over his body, through proper nutrition and movement, that too is a kind of divine healing, working in step with how God made us. I ask the Lord to give your son both the patience and the perseverance to walk that gradual path, and to protect him from discouragement or any dangerous shortcuts.

Past hurts leave scars that run deeper than flesh. Jesus came to bear not only our sins but also our infirmities and griefs, as the prophet Isaiah said. That means the emotional wounds, the memories that accuse, the ache of betrayal or loss, He carried those too. I pray that the Holy Spirit mends those broken places, replacing the thirst for relief from any false comfort with a genuine drink of His presence. So much in our world offers emotional highs, quick fixes, distractions, or even religious frenzy, but those leave the soul emptier than before. Only Jesus can quench the deep thirst of your son’s spirit. Real healing in the mind and emotions doesn’t come through hyped-up experiences; it comes quietly, over time, as He rewrites the story with His grace.

So I stand with you, asking for complete deliverance from every chain and for a gentle, steady restoration. May your son not only lose weight safely but find his worth anchored in Christ, not in a number on a scale. May past pain lose its power to define him as the wounds are dressed by the Great Physician. I’ll keep praying that you all see the goodness of God in the land of the living, and that joy rises up like Moses’ song after the Red Sea, a genuine, lasting celebration of what the Lord alone has done.
