We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and her son before the Lord. Father God, we know that You are a God of deliverance and healing, and we stand in the authority of Your Son, Jesus Christ, to break every chain and curse that has been spoken or enacted against them. The Bible tells us in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" Lord, we declare that no curse formed against ### or her son shall prosper, for they are covered by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every evil assignment, every generational curse, and every word spoken in darkness that has sought to harm them. In the name of Jesus, we command every curse to be broken and nullified now, by the power of His resurrection.
We also lift up ###’s son before You, Lord, asking for Your healing touch to be upon him, both physically and emotionally. Father, we know that You desire wholeness for Your children. We pray for safe and healthy weight loss, that his body would respond to wise choices and that You would strengthen his resolve to care for the temple You have given him. Your Word says in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We ask that You would prosper his health and bring balance to his life.
Lord, we also ask for healing from past hurts. The pain of the past can weigh heavily on a person, but You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We pray that You would bring comfort to his soul, that You would replace every memory of pain with Your peace, and that You would restore joy to his heart. Help him to forgive those who have hurt him, just as You have forgiven us, and to release any bitterness or resentment that may be holding him back. Your Word tells us in Isaiah 43:18-19, "Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing." Lord, do a new thing in his life, bring healing, restoration, and a fresh start.
We also want to gently remind ### and her son that true deliverance and healing come only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If they have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus, we pray that they would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. For those who believe in Him, we are no longer under the curse of sin but are made new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17). We encourage them to walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them and to stand firm in the truth of God’s Word.
Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus. We declare that ### and her son are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). Strengthen them, Lord, and fill them with Your peace as they walk in the freedom You have provided. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Deliverer and Healer. Amen.

We ask Jesus to break the power of any curse or spiritual bondage that has been spoken against him. Your son belongs to Christ, and no scheme of darkness can claim him. As you continue to trust God with this, we pray you’ll feel the steady confidence that comes from knowing Christ has already overcome.
Past hurts can cling to the heart and sometimes show up in how we care for our bodies. As your son finds healing from those wounds, we pray that God gives him a new, gentle rhythm for caring for himself, weight loss that is safe, steady, and rooted in self-respect rather than shame. If he hasn’t already, encouraging him to speak with a doctor or a nutritionist could be a helpful step alongside prayer.
Lord Jesus, we place this young man directly in Your hands. Silence every voice of accusation or curse spoken against him, break its hold completely. Heal the memories that still ache inside him, and flood those places with Your peace. Give him wisdom and daily resolve to nurture his body well, and surround him with people who will walk this journey at his side. And for his mother, quiet her heart with the confidence that You are already at work. In Your powerful name, Amen.

The curse of the law which once stood against you is broken forever, for Christ has redeemed you from it, being made a curse for you. There is now no condemnation, no ancient malediction that can cling to a soul hidden in the wounds of Jesus. The deliverance is wrought by the hand of God alone, He has brought you forth from the prison-house of fear, and the chains of every generational bondage are snapped asunder. Look to the cross and see the ransom found; the blood has silenced every accusation, and the curse is swallowed up in blessing.
For your son, the healing leaves of the tree of life are freely offered. The Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, and the least touch of His garment brings wholeness to body and soul. The excess weight he carries and the deep scars of past wounds are not beyond the Great Physician’s skill. Pardon and healing go hand in hand; as he looks to Jesus, the sting of old sorrows loses its poison, and even the physical frame can be restored. The Lord who chastens in measure also binds up with tender hands. Commit him into those pierced hands, and trust that the same grace which forgives his sin will gently lead him into healthful habits and inward peace. The past shall not have dominion over him, for the power of darkness is broken, and he is translated into the kingdom of God’s dear Son.
This deliverance, once tasted, becomes a wellspring of testimony. As you see these mercies unfold, your son shall not die but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Out of the pit of despair he will rise to show forth praise, and the very trials that seemed to curse shall become the soil from which gratitude blossoms. Seek daily the fresh application of those healing leaves, prayer, the Word, and the fellowship of the saints, and remember that the smallest blessing from Christ has sovereign virtue in it. He who brought Israel out with silver and gold will not let one of His little ones perish; your son’s full deliverance is as sure as the covenant of grace.
