Pray all curses against ### and ###'s son are ended now. Pray for ###'s son to lose weight safely and healing from past hurts.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and her son before the Lord. Father God, we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ, Your Son, to break every chain, curse, and assignment of the enemy that has been spoken or enacted against this family. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every generational curse, word curse, hex, or spell that has sought to bring harm, oppression, or bondage to ### or her son. The Word declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We declare that Jesus bore every curse on the cross, and by His blood, we break every curse over their lives now. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we also lift up ###'s son and his need for physical healing and deliverance from past hurts. Father, we ask that You would touch his body and bring safe, godly weight loss according to Your will. Give him discipline, wisdom, and strength to honor his body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We pray for healing in his emotions, mind, and spirit from any wounds, rejection, or trauma he has endured. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Pour out Your love and peace over him, Lord, and let him know that he is fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image (Psalm 139:14).

We must also address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If ### or her son do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray that today would be the day of salvation for them. May they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9).

We also rebuke any spirit of gluttony, self-hatred, or emotional eating that may be at work in ###'s son's life. The enemy seeks to destroy through addiction, bondage, and shame, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare freedom over him in the name of Jesus and ask that You would fill him with Your Holy Spirit, giving him power to overcome every temptation and lie of the enemy.

Father, we ask that You would surround this family with godly counsel, mentors, and believers who can speak life and truth into their lives. Let them walk in the light of Your Word and experience the fullness of Your love and grace. We thank You for Your faithfulness and trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We are lifting you and your son before the Lord with you today, asking for freedom, healing, and a fresh sense of hope. We join you in praying that every spiritual attack or curse be broken in Jesus’ name, not on our own authority, but trusting that Christ has already conquered every dark power. We don’t need to live in fear; we can rest in His victory.

Because you mentioned past hurts, we want to gently encourage something that has helped others. Deep wounds from the past often need more than a quick prayer; they need a safe place to be brought into the light. Connecting with a wise Christian counselor or someone trained in healing prayer can make a real difference. It’s not about rehearsing the pain but about letting Jesus meet you there, gradually untangling the lies and grief those experiences left behind. Many churches have trusted referrals, and you don’t need to carry this alone.

For your son’s weight loss, we’re praying for wisdom and sustainable change. It can be a challenging road, and we’d gently encourage you to start with a doctor’s guidance, check his overall health, rule out any underlying issues, and build a plan that’s safe for him. Good stewardship of our bodies is a form of worship, and small, steady steps often bring the most enduring freedom.

Let’s pray:

Father, thank You for this mother/father and son. We place them under the protection of Jesus’ name and ask that any curse or assignment of the enemy be broken now, not by our might, but by Your Spirit. Guard their minds and hearts with Your peace. Lord, we lift up this young man to You. Heal the hidden hurts from his past; pour out Your gentle compassion and replace every memory of pain with a growing awareness of Your nearness. Give him courage to seek the help he needs. For his physical health, grant him wisdom and self-control. Guide the family to the right medical support, and steady them as they make healthy choices together. Above all, draw them closer to You, the true Healer, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The curse you dread was borne by Another upon the tree. What curse can cling to a soul whose debt the Son of God has paid? Christ was made a curse for us, and there is no more thunder in the law for them that are in Him. If you are trusting to your own goodness or measuring yourself by a broken law, then that book curses you solemnly, but look away to the Crucified One. He has redeemed us from the curse, being made a curse for us. There is life at a look. No malediction of man or fiend can stand against that ransoming blood. The eternal purpose of Jehovah has decreed deliverance, and He will bring them forth, not one of His little ones shall perish.

For the body’s weight and the soul’s past wounds, bring them together to the healing tree whose very leaves are for the health of the nations. The least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Has the Sun of Righteousness risen upon your son? His beams carry health for the spirit, and often the body follows after. I bear my willing witness that sickness has brought me health, loss has conferred gain, the chastening, though sore, was weighed in tender covenant love. Past hurts are not forgotten but transformed; the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick, for the joy of pardon makes us forget the reproach of our widowhood. That deep scar becomes a monument of mercy. Let him bring his appetite, his memories, his very frame to the Lord in prayer, not looking for a charm but for sanctifying grace. Deliverance from the power of sin and from these lingering miseries is as much God’s work as deliverance from guilt. We look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone, for He has found a ransom, and He it is who works in us to will and to do. He will not pour out a drop too little or too much. As the weight of the flesh comes off, let him declare the works of the Lord; for if we had no troubles, we would have less to declare. Go to the well of prayer, mention every particular to the God who crossed Jabbok’s ford with Jacob and turned the fierce brother into a friend. The clock of mercy will strike at the appointed hour. Only do not trifle with sin, God does not trifle with it, but trust wholly to the Deliverer, and you shall sing the song of deliverance with Deborah of old.

You ask for deliverance from curses, for safe weight loss, and for healing from past hurts. Consider then what the true curse is, and what true deliverance means. The people were subject to a curse that said, "Cursed is every one that continueth not in the things written in the book of the Law." No man ever continued in it. Christ took this curse and exchanged it for another: "Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree." He who did no violence, nor had deceit in His mouth, bore that curse to deliver us. If you are in Christ, the curse is ended already, the curse of sin and death. What you need is not merely a word spoken over someone to break a spell, but that the heart be turned fully from the darkness of the devil to the Son of God. Any other so-called curse is powerless unless one remains in bondage to sin, which enslaves far more than any external word.

You also pray about the body. What kind of desire is it that drives one to seek deliverance from weight while still possibly clinging to the same anxieties that caused it? The body is full of turmoil, and to endure toils for it alone is to labor without profit. Yet even physical healing is a small thing compared to the cleansing Christ gives. He did not limit His redemption to bare deliverance, but also made clean, sanctified, and justified. Seek first the healing of the soul from past hurts. Those wounds fester because they are treated with worldly remedies, remembering old wrongs, nursing bitterness. But if you acquaint yourself with the tombs of your ancestors and count over past events, you will see that the wrong-doer has made you stronger, if you have endured with patience. True deliverance from past hurts comes not by forgetting, but by Christ transforming them into a spiritual strength.

Pray then not only for the body to lose weight safely, for what if one is freed from excess flesh but remains soft and unmanly in spirit? It is not enough to be freed from one outward thing; we must cultivate virtue. Continual hearing of the word has power to destroy even the most entrenched desire. Let the one for whom you pray sit beneath the preaching that drowns the old man, as in a baptism full of blessings. And if you would entrust this request to God, do so with confidence that He introduces us not to shame and ridicule, but to contrary blessings. He will in no wise cast out anyone who clings to Him, not through fault of His, but if they start away of themselves, He draws them not by necessity. Lay up this treasure in heaven, where it remains safe, and from it the fruits which never die will spring forth: a sober body and a healed soul.

You are not under any curse that Christ has not already broken. Every curse from others, every sin that demanded judgment, every weight of guilt and shame, Jesus took it all when He hung on the tree. The Scripture is clear: Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. There is no hex, no word spoken in darkness, no threat of an enemy that can override what He accomplished on the cross. If someone has spoken evil against you or your son, remember that a curse without cause cannot land. God’s blessing on those who trust in Him stands firmer than any human intent. You do not need to hire anyone to remove a curse or live in fear that someone else’s ill will has power over you. Jesus already silenced those accusations forever.

What I read in your request goes deeper than a fear of spoken curses. It speaks of past hurts that have left marks on the soul. Emotional wounds can take far longer to heal than physical ones. Cutting words, rejection, or neglect can feel like scars that never fade, and they often drive us to seek comfort in ways that harm us. Your son’s struggle with weight may not be just about food but about a heart trying to soothe a thirst that material things and emotional experiences can never satisfy. Only Jesus, who thirsted on the cross for our sakes, can fill that inner longing. True healing for those old injuries comes not by escaping the memory but by bringing them to the One who bore our griefs and carried our sorrows.

Pray with me now: Lord, You have redeemed these precious ones from every curse. Silence every lying voice that says they are still under bondage. Bring healing to the deep hurts that linger, and pour Your peace into any place that still aches. Grant this son the wisdom and strength to care for his body safely, not from pressure or shame, but from the wholeness that comes from knowing he is loved completely by You. Let him feel Your healing touch in mind and body. We trust You to make a way where there seems to be none, and we rest in the finished work of Jesus, who turned the curse into blessing. Amen.
