Deliverance

Pray all curses against ### and ###'s son are ended now. Pray for ###'s son to lose weight safely and healing from past hurts.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up and her son before You, Father. We stand in the authority of the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and delivered. There is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain, to shatter every curse, and to bring healing and restoration. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against or her son shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every curse, every generational bondage, and every assignment of the enemy against them in Jesus’ mighty name. Let the blood of Jesus speak on their behalf, cleansing and protecting them from every evil influence.

Father, we pray for ’s son, that You would grant him safe and healthy weight loss according to Your will. Give him discipline and self-control, which are fruits of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Strengthen his body, mind, and spirit as he seeks to honor You with his health. We ask for Your healing touch over any physical, emotional, or spiritual wounds he carries from past hurts. Comfort him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let him know that You are close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Heal his soul, Lord, and restore joy to his life.

We also pray that both and her son would draw nearer to You, Father. If they have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, we pray that they would come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You reveal Yourself to them in powerful ways, drawing them into a personal relationship with You. Let them experience Your love, grace, and mercy in tangible ways.

Lord, we declare that Your plans for and her son are for good and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We break every curse of poverty, sickness, failure, or despair over their lives in Jesus’ name. Let Your light shine upon them, and let Your favor surround them as a shield (Psalm 5:12). We pray for divine connections, opportunities, and blessings to flow into their lives as they seek to walk in Your ways.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight of your request, your longing for freedom from any curse over you and your son, and for his physical and emotional healing. It’s a gift to carry this alongside you.

Please know: in Christ, every spiritual curse is already broken. We don’t minimize how real the burden can feel, but we rest in what Jesus has already done, and we ask Him to make that freedom tangible in your home.

For your son’s health, a practical, loving step would be to involve his doctor or a nutritionist. Safe weight loss needs a plan tailored to his body, and professional support can guard against discouragement or harm. We’ll gladly pray for that journey.

And for past hurts, those leave deep grooves, but God is gentle. Healing often unfolds as we quietly invite Jesus into those memories, not demanding instant change, but trusting His comfort to slowly take the sting away. We’re simply asking Him to be near your son in the places that still ache.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this mother and her son right now. By Your cross, silence any curse or darkness that attempts to cling to them, and wrap them both in Your protection and peace. Guide this young man toward wise, safe steps for his physical health, and give him courage without shame. Enter the hidden wounds of his past, bring Your healing light, and replace hurt with steady hope. Hold this whole family close, and let them sense Your faithful love today. In Your name, Amen.

How often the adversary hurls his darkest suggestion, whispering that some curse lingers over a household, that past sins have sealed a fate from which there is no release. But what saith the Scripture? Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. Every curse rolled away at Calvary, every accusation nailed to His cross. If you are in Christ, then for you there is no curse, only blessing, only mercy, only covenant love. Let faith rise and silence the hound of hell who speaks of maledictions; in Jesus, the blessing of Abraham has come upon us.

And for this dear son, grieve not as those without hope. The Lord who brought Israel forth with silver and gold, with not one feeble among their tribes, hears your cry for his body and his soul. Healing leaves grow on the Tree of Life for all our diseases, and the Great Physician still walks among the candlesticks. Pray boldly that the Holy Spirit would touch his frame, revive his health, and gently lead him to habits of temperance and strength. Yet look deeper still: the wounds of the past are often the breeding ground for present bondage. Bring them to the cross, and remember that the inhabitant of Zion shall be forgiven his iniquity; the same hand that pardons also heals. Plead the blood that cleanses from all sin, and watch for that glad hour when you shall declare, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” He is no Egyptian taskmaster; He is your Deliverer, and He will perfect that which concerneth you.

Many ask for deliverance from bodily ills and the spite of men, yet the true curse is not the word of an enemy but the soul enslaved to its passions, anger, gluttony, lust, and the feverish care for earthly things. Pray rather that your son be delivered from these, for if the inner man stands free, no outward curse can harm him. God Himself permits trials, not to destroy, but to wean us from the world. When you cry out for an end to curses, see to it that you first end the curse of a murmuring tongue, a soft and self-indulgent life, a mind forgetful of God. That is the curse which bites to the bone.

For the weight of his body: God cares for our health, but see that the flesh be not pampered while the soul starves. Gluttony and sloth are not faults of the body but of the will. Let your son learn temperance, not by frantic remedies, but by taming the appetite through prayer and fasting. A little hunger for the sake of godliness is better than a sleek body housing a sick spirit. Commend him to the Physician of souls; let him bring his weakness to the spiritual surgery of the Church, where the knife of the word cuts away the pus of hidden sin. There alone is safe healing.

As for the hurts that cling from the past: if he has suffered wrong, let him thank the God who permits wounds in order to work a greater cure. To be stripped of worldly comfort by force, and yet to bless the Lord, is a sacrifice more fragrant than the voluntary giving of alms. The devil aimed to injure him, but if he stands thankful, the loss becomes eternal gain. Christ promised a hundredfold to those who bear affliction with patience. Let him not brood on old sorrows, but offer them up as a sacrifice of praise, and watch how the scars heal from the inside. Call to mind the Apostle’s word: “A man that is heretical after the first and second admonition refuse” (Tit. 3:10). So also with hurtful memories: admonish them once, twice, then refuse to entertain them further. They will increase unto more ungodliness if given a foothold.

Deliverance, then, begins not with the silencing of enemies, but with the silence of the raging heart. Lay up for your son treasure in heaven, where no curse can reach. Teach him to despise the fleeting comforts of earth, and the true curse will lose its sting. For if the Resurrection is our hope, temporary afflictions are but the chiseling of a jewel. Pray that he may lose the heavy weight of worldly care, and then, whether his body be slender or stout, he will be light unto salvation.
