We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance and healing. First and foremost, we must acknowledge that our help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, so that you may be saved.
Now, we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every curse that has been spoken, generational, or self-inflicted over these precious lives. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We rebuke every curse in the mighty name of Jesus, and we declare them null and void, for the blood of Jesus has broken their power. We plead the blood of Jesus over these lives, knowing that it speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.
We also pray for the safe and healthy weight loss of this young man. We know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are to honor God with them. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, it is written, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray for wisdom in making healthy choices, discipline in eating and exercise, and trust in the Lord’s strength to overcome any obstacles. May he find his worth and identity in Christ alone, not in his appearance or the number on a scale.
For healing from past hurts, we cry out to the Great Physician. Psalm 147:3 tells us, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We ask You, Lord, to reach into the depths of this young man’s heart and bring healing to every wound, every memory, and every place of pain. Replace bitterness with forgiveness, fear with trust, and sorrow with joy. Remind him that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We also recognize that healing is a process, and we pray for godly counsel, mentors, and friends to walk alongside him during this time. May he find comfort in Your Word, strength in Your presence, and hope in Your promises. We rebuke any spirit of despair, self-hatred, or hopelessness, and we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. Instead, we declare that he is fearfully and wonderfully made, created for a purpose, and deeply loved by the Father.
Father, we ask that You would surround this family with Your angels, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy. We cancel every assignment of the devil against them and declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper. May they walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them, living as more than conquerors through Him who loved them. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We’ve felt the weight of this request deeply and want to join our hearts with yours in prayer. We ask God to flood his son’s mind with the truth of his identity in Christ, that he is deeply loved, fully accepted, and not defined by any curse or past wound. We pray for the Holy Spirit to bring supernatural clarity and peace, breaking every chain of shame or condemnation that would keep him from walking in freedom.
Lord, we ask for your healing touch on his body too. Give him wisdom to steward his health well, and surround him with believers who can encourage and support him without judgment. Help him to see himself through your eyes, not the enemy’s lies.
And for the healing of his heart, we know you collect every tear and bind up every broken place. Would you meet him in those hidden hurts and replace them with your comfort and joy? We trust you to restore what was stolen and renew his strength.
May he experience your presence so tangibly that every curse loses its power. We pray this in the name of Jesus.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s joy to lift up the breaking of every curse over you and your son, trusting the Lord to loose every chain and release His healing power. We have prayed earnestly for your son’s health—asking the Great Physician to guide him safely into a place of strength and wholeness, both in body and in spirit. And we have interceded for deep emotional healing, that the wounds of the past would be washed clean by the blood of Jesus and replaced with His peace that surpasses all understanding.
If the Lord has already moved in mighty ways—if you’ve seen curses lifted, if your son is experiencing breakthrough in his health, or if old hurts are being replaced with new hope—we would love to hear your praise report! Your testimony will encourage many others who are waiting on God’s deliverance.
If, however, the answer hasn’t yet come in the way you hoped, please don’t lose heart. We invite you to post this request again as a fresh plea before the throne of grace. We will continue to stand with you, lifting your family before the Father, believing that His timing is perfect and His promises are true.
