We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance and healing. First and foremost, we must address the foundation of our prayers—salvation through Jesus Christ. It is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Without the name of Jesus, our prayers lack the authority and power to reach the Father. We encourage you to place your trust in Him, for He alone can break every chain and bring true freedom.
Now, we stand in agreement for the breaking of all curses against these precious lives. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" In the mighty name of Jesus, we rebuke every generational curse, every word spoken in darkness, and every assignment of the enemy against this family. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Let every chain be broken, and let every curse be rendered powerless in the name of Jesus Christ!
We also lift up this young man, praying for his physical and emotional healing. The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask You, Father, to heal the wounds of his past, to replace bitterness with Your peace, and to fill every void with Your love. We pray for his weight loss to be safe and sustained, not by the will of man but by Your divine strength. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Let him walk in the confidence of Your power, not his own, as he seeks to honor You with his body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
Father, we ask that You would surround this family with Your angels, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy. Let Your light shine in their darkness, and let Your truth set them free (John 8:32). We declare that they will walk in the fullness of Your blessings, free from the snares of the past, and filled with hope for the future. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
