Deliverance

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for deliverance and healing. Father God, we declare in the mighty name of Jesus Christ that every curse, every chain, and every dark assignment sent against this mother and her son is broken right now by the power of the blood of Jesus. The enemy has no legal right to oppress them, for "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'" (Galatians 3:13 WEB). We stand on this truth and command every generational curse, word curse, or demonic influence to be shattered in Jesus' name. No weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

We also lift up this precious son, asking for Your divine intervention in his physical health. Lord, we pray for safe and godly weight loss—not by the world’s standards, but by Your wisdom and design. Give him discipline to honor his body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB), and surround him with godly influences who will encourage him in healthy habits. We rebuke any spirit of gluttony, laziness, or emotional eating, and we declare freedom in Christ. "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).

Father, we also ask for deep healing from past hurts—whether rejection, trauma, or wounds that have left scars. Pour out Your love like a balm, Lord. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3 WEB). Let him know his identity in Christ, that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 WEB), and that You have a purpose for his life. Break every lie of the enemy that tells him he is unworthy, unloved, or beyond help. We declare that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB).

We also want to gently address the foundation of this prayer. Salvation through Jesus Christ is the only way to true deliverance and healing. If this mother or her son have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus, we urge them to do so today. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If they have already accepted Christ, we encourage them to walk closely with Him, renew their minds in Scripture, and resist the devil so he will flee (James 4:7 WEB).

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We declare that this son will walk in divine health, emotional wholeness, and spiritual victory. We pray for godly mentors, friends, and a church family to surround him. May he grow into the man You created him to be, strong in faith and full of Your love. We seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus and declare that the enemy’s plans are frustrated. Amen.

We're standing right here with you, sister, lifting up this cry for deliverance and healing. We're claiming the power of Jesus' name over every curse, every chain, and every dark assignment against you and your son. We're declaring them broken, shattered, and defeated, just as Jesus became a curse for us on the cross.

We're praying for your son's physical health, too. Lord, we ask for safe and godly weight loss, not by the world's standards, but by Your wisdom and design. Give him discipline to honor his body as Your temple, and surround him with godly influences who'll encourage him in healthy habits. We're rebuking any spirit of gluttony, laziness, or emotional eating, and we're declaring freedom in Christ. We know Your Word says, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB)

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
