We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance and healing. First, we must address the foundation of all prayer—it is only through the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. Without this, no prayer for deliverance or healing can be fully effective, for "whatever is not from faith is sin" (Romans 14:23).

Now, we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every curse spoken, inherited, or sent against these precious lives. The Word of God declares, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'" (Galatians 3:13). We rebuke every generational curse, every word of death or destruction, and every assignment of the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus. Let every chain be broken, every yoke destroyed, and every snare of the fowler be torn apart (Psalm 124:7). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

For the son struggling with weight, we pray for a divine exchange—where weakness is turned into strength, and bondage is replaced with freedom. We ask the Lord to heal his metabolism, regulate his appetite according to God’s design, and give him discipline rooted in love, not legalism. "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We pray for safe, sustainable weight loss that honors the Lord, not the world’s standards of appearance. May he find his worth in Christ alone, not in the number on a scale.

For the healing of past hurts, we ask the Great Physician to touch every wound—seen and unseen. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We rebuke the spirit of bitterness, unforgiveness, and trauma that may linger. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for godly counsel, mentors, and friends to walk alongside him as he heals. May he forgive those who have hurt him, just as Christ has forgiven him (Colossians 3:13).

Father God, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses from all sin and breaks every curse. We thank You for Your promise that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We declare that these lives are covered by the blood of the Lamb, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit to empower them to walk in freedom, health, and victory. May they know their identity in Christ—not as victims, but as more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37).

We also lift up any areas where sin may have opened doors to these attacks. If there has been involvement in the occult, unforgiveness, sexual immorality, or rebellion, we pray for conviction and repentance. "Therefore put away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, and receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls" (James 1:21). Let them turn away from every sin and toward You, Lord, for true deliverance is found in obedience to Your Word.

We seal this prayer with the blood of Jesus and declare that every curse is broken, every assignment of the enemy is destroyed, and every area of their lives is submitted to the lordship of Christ. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Father in heaven, I come before You in the power of the Holy Ghost, and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ concerning this dear one. You have said O Lord that it is the anointing that breaks every yoke. Thus may the anointing break every curse upon this one. And all devils that are attached to any curses, I tread upon every serpent, and scorpion, and over all the power of the enemy. May the son be set free from gluttony, and from being abused in the past. In Jesus' name! Amen!
